5-Star Hotels in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam

We stayed at The Watson Hotel in Ha Long for three nights, and it was fantastic. Our room on the 20th floor was beautifully designed and high-quality. The breakfast was decent, offering a good mix of Western options and fresh fruits. The highlight was the rooftop infinity pool, offering stunning views of the illuminated city at night. While our city-facing room had slight street noise, it didn’t bother us, even as light sleepers. For an even better experience, I’d recommend spending a bit more on a sea-view room for breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay and a quieter atmosphere.

I recommend everyone to stay for two nights. The itinerary is very rich. The next day there will be a deep cruise ship in Halong Bay. You can see a beautiful scenery. The cruise staff are very warm and thoughtful, just eat in general The flaws are not concealed

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

The room size and facilities were excellent. The service prompt. The location was a little out of the way & necessary to take a ride for shop and restaurant options.

A fantastic hotel nestled in the mountains. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one truly stands out as unique and memorable. Its secluded mountain location meant there was nothing else nearby, but it was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The rooms, constructed from wood and metal, were particularly striking. While their dimness made them feel a little eerie at times, I really appreciated its nature-friendly concept and the overall 'healing stay' vibe. The only major hiccup was a sudden power outage, which was genuinely quite frightening. And the food was great too!

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

We had the best time with Capella Cruise. The family room was very comfortable for the 4 of us and luxurious like the entire boat. The food was incredible and so was the customer service. We really enjoyed the excursions and karaoke room. We can’t wait to go back!

We visited Halong Bay together with AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE. These were the most unforgettable days! The work of professionals is immediately noticeable. I would especially like to highlight the manager Lee. Always ready to help solve any issue, and what rolls he cooks at master classes! Excellent, well-coordinated work of the ship's crew and special respect to the restaurant staff and the Chef. You don't often see such a variety and cool presentation of dishes. 5 courses for dinner - it's great! We had a superior cabin with panoramic windows, a private balcony, a jacuzzi. Living in this cabin cannot be described in words, you need to personally experience all the charm 👍. The beauty and power of Halong, a beautiful, comfortable cabin, a varied tour program for 3 days - all this left joy, delight, and affection from this magical cruise! We recommend it 200%! A 3-day tour with AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE is not to be missed!

The experience itself was wonderful because the place is a paradise. The staff service was very good and friendly, as is the case with all of Vietnam. Something to keep in mind: meals are included, but drinks are not. We booked a package through Trip that included drinks and snacks in addition to meals. The only drinks included were two waters in the room; the rest were paid for, even the water. Very unclear on Trip. The hotel transfer to and from Hanoi included an unnecessary stop at a pearl market and then back at a souvenir shop. Finally, the 2-day/1-night package would not be considered as such, as the cruise ship boards at 12:30 pm and returns to the port at 10:40 am. Even so, it is recommended, or perhaps book an extra night. It is not recommended for traveling back and forth in the same day; it takes very little time.

I stayed in the executive suite for two nights. Best staff Best location Maximum の In-ship Equipment Morning ､ Daytime ､ Night meals are also very delicious, and you will never get tired of it even for two nights and three days. Activities are also substantial. It's a pretty loss to go home overnight. Two nights are definitely recommended.
