One of the best landmarks in the city is St. Michael’s Cathedral built in Gothic and Roman style. Tianhou Temple is , small temple that was built in 1467 and one a great place to visit.

If you want to feel take a stroll on clean beaches or enjoy the crystal clear water of the sea, Shilaoren Beach is the place to visit. You can also try bodyboarding here as the waves are very high.

Visit the Tsingtao Beer Museum to enjoy beer and catch a glimpse of the preserved brewing equipment, old photos and more. The Beer Street is another place great place for beer lovers. This street is lined with restaurants and drinking holes where you can taste yuánjiāng, a deliciously dark unfiltered beer.

Shawn Tren’s is a great place to enjoy authentic Shandong cuisine. You can also visit the Mix C Food Court, a favourite among the locals for dumplings, roast duck, noodles and much more.
