I love this hotel so much. It is located in the mountains, with fresh air. There are many Japanese people, most of whom are families coming here for vacation. There are fewer Chinese people, probably because the transportation is not convenient. But it is really great to stay here. I strongly recommend staying for two nights. First of all, the service is very good. The buffet is not too much but it is delicious. The drinks are unlimited. The lounge on the 12th floor is open in the afternoon and evening. Drinks are unlimited. The key is that the scenery is amazing. Sit here with family, friends and lovers, drink a little wine, watch the sunset, the free-flying swallows, and the Sea of Japan in the distance... Everything is worth it.
The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great.
When checking in, the staff introduced the hotel facilities and usage hours in great detail. The men's and women's baths of the semi-open-air hot spring on the lake are switched between morning and evening, and there is also an indoor hot spring. One night and two meals, dinner is kaiseki cuisine, Tottori wagyu is tasted, and breakfast has many choices. A special lake hot spring hotel worth experiencing!
This is the hotel where I stayed for one night on a business trip to Yonago.
The room is small. This is a characteristic of Japanese hotels.
The room was clean and the breakfast was especially great.
This is a lakeside hot spring hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Japanese dinner served was great and the portions were generous. The breakfast was of self-service type with wide selections of Japanese (many with local ingredients) and western cuisines. Both the indoor and open air hot spring baths have excellent view of the Togo lake. Highly recommended.
Exceeding expectations, the room is large in size and has two tables for easy use. The hot spring is comfortable and there are more choices in the lounge area. Free drinks are available, and dinner and breakfast are rich in variety. The Japanese-style open-air garden in the hotel is very pleasant.
Very recommended hotel 👍
Let me talk about the service. I called Trip.com several times before placing the order. I consulted the problem of the pick-up station bus. Everyone answered the phone. There should be a young lady who can speak Chinese at the front desk. We will contact us by email later.
In addition, if the pick-up service time is exceeded, the young lady will tell you how to take the bus in the email, including the price, where to get off at, etc.
Cangji is still a relatively remote place. It is recommended to try the hotel's breakfast and dinner (book in advance). Of course, there are also restaurants on the surrounding streets.
The exterior and facilities are showing signs of aging, but the interior of the rooms is nicely appointed.
It is some distance from Misasa Onsen County, and the surrounding area feels a little lonely.
The entertainment facilities are old, but they also had a nostalgic feel to them and I enjoyed them.
Meals are buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, and the quantity is satisfactory.
If staying multiple nights, the menu will be the same, so this is something to consider.
During the three-day and two-night trip to Tottori, I stayed at Yonago Kaike Onsen for one night and experienced a one-night stay with two meals and a private hot spring. It happened to be a weekend, and during dinner, I heard people around me speaking Japanese, and it seemed that only the waiter at our table spoke English. It also happened to be the first time I saw so many people in a 711 when a new 711 opened nearby and was having a promotion. I went out for a walk at night and basically saw no one outside the hotel, which was quite suitable for a vacation and relaxation.

HH. WongThe hotel is a Japanese traditional onsen ryokan. We were happy to stay here because our room has 2 twin beds as well as tatami beds provided. It has a very pleasant balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. Although the onsen is small, it is clean and well nanaged. We enjoyed our stay very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good, and there are extra discounts for shopping souvenirs. However, I ordered a wagyu meal for one night and two meals and noted that one of the guests does not eat fish. In the end, there were also sashimi, fried fish, and dried fish. It would be more considerate if you pay attention to people who do not eat fish. Overall, it is good.
