1. Currency of purchase
   Gift cards are available in USD, AUD, SGD, GBP, HKD, JPY, or THB. This amount can be converted and paid for using other currencies.
2. Receipts
   Once your booking has been completed, a receipt can be found on the Booking Details page which can be sent by email.
3. Redeeming gift cards
   Gift cards can be used when making bookings of services which meet the conditions and which are prepaid to Trip.com online. To pay, enter your gift card number and password on the payment page.
4. Validity period
   Once purchased, gift cards are valid for 3 years. If your gift card expires, please contact customer support to apply for an extension.
5. Refunds
   Once purchased, Trip.com e-gift cards cannot be refunded. However, if the purchaser is a resident of the UK, European Union, or Turkey, unused e-gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
6. Link gift card to a personal account
   Go to the "Search/Link Card" page, enter a gift card number and PIN, and link the card to the account. Once a gift card is linked to your account, you won't be able to unlink it on your own. You need to set a Security PIN Code before linking a gift card. (Note: Once a gift card is linked to your account, you won't be able to unlink it on your own. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.)
