Facilities: The hotel has many facilities; although a bit old, they are very well maintained. Cleanliness: Standard cleanliness. Amenities and drinking water were replenished and refilled. Environment: Apart from the occasional sound of Thai motorbikes 'racing' down the street, being close to the elevated road does mean some noise. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. On weekends, there are street food stalls. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Chulalongkorn University food street, with lots of popular internet-famous spots and Michelin-recommended restaurants – very convenient. The gym and pool are both excellent. Service: Very good. They understood both English and Chinese. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice! The service is amazing, everyone is kind and welcoming. They are very helpful and take time to explain if something isn’t clear. The staff is very kind, the bellboys are helpful and they always helped with our bags, some of the staff can help with getting transportation too. We had P'Four help us! The hotel has a vintage vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. Its close to ChitLom station which is one stop away from Siam Paragon. You can also walk to centralWorld or Siam. It's only a 20min walk. Theres a lounge on the 24th floor. And they also have a bistro in the basement. There's a pool on the 19th floor but we didn't have time to try it.

I was initially very pleased with this hotel: The location is excellent, right next to the Erawan Shrine and surrounded by major shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The room is spacious, set up as a one-bedroom suite, and comes with a washer-dryer, microwave, and even a double-door bathroom, which was quite practical. The decor had an “old money” elegance that I really liked, and the view from the window made me feel like I was in a retired Manhattan finance tycoon’s home. However, after a few days, a series of issues significantly detracted from my experience: 1. **No Blackout Curtains in the Bedroom**: The most unbearable issue was that the bedroom only had translucent blinds, which meant I woke up at dawn (and sunrise comes early in Bangkok). Sleep is crucial when traveling, and this design choice is completely unreasonable. 2. **Extremely Inflexible Refund Policy**: I had prepaid for 5 nights with breakfast. When I needed to check out one day early due to an urgent matter back home, and despite informing the hotel two days in advance, the front desk stated that not a single penny would be refunded—not even for the separate breakfast charge. Compared to the flexibility often found with flight changes, the hotel's unyielding policy left a very poor impression. 3. **Severe Afternoon Traffic Congestion**: While the location is central, be aware: the surrounding area gets extremely congested after 4 PM. I once spent almost an hour driving just 3 kilometers. You'll need to plan your outings carefully to avoid peak times. In summary: The hotel's facilities and location are its strong points, but it clearly falls short in crucial areas like ensuring good sleep and customer care. Your decision to stay here will depend on whether you prioritize convenience over a comfortable night's sleep and flexible travel arrangements.

Nearby BTS station is some mins away but everything else is top notch! I booked the room with executive lounge and staff in the lounge are extremely courteous and respectful and try to accommodate to your request. There is happy hour with food to go along with. To be honest, the food is enough to be dinner. There is evening turn down service as they provide a bucket of ice (without any instructions from you) and provide you some sweet things like chocolates and sweets. On Xmas Eve and Xmas night itself, they even give me a Xmas stocking with cookies inside. However, on Xmas night, I think they forgot to put the bottle of water by the bedside and the small sweet treat the bedside but it’s all good. There is a pillow menu so you could choose your type of pillow. The buckwheat pillow is so good. They replenish all amenities throughout your stay. The staff can the concerige will automatically open the car door for you when you enter or exit from the car. Overall, super great service which I am thankful and appreciative of!

My stay in the Wonderful King Room at W Bangkok Hotel was fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring an oversized bathtub and a rain shower, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and the front desk staff were professional and courteous. The pool area was relaxing and inviting. The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient, close to the BTS Skytrain. Even though it's not in the Siam area of Bangkok, shopping nearby is still excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's very centrally located, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the decor is a bit dated, the hotel is very well-maintained and quite spacious. I booked a room in Building B (the apartment building), and it was a bit of a walk from the main lobby. The room itself was a one-bedroom suite and also very large, with a 180-degree panoramic window. The sky bar and restaurant had fantastic views, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint is that some of the signage could be clearer. For instance, guests staying in Building B who take the elevator down and press the 11th floor button will end up in a dark, old lobby. You actually need to press the 10th floor button for the regular entrance.

When i arrived in the room, everything was clean. But safe box wasnt working i had to notify receptionist to fix and their engineer came to the rescue this was at 2am. I also turned on the TV, all channels didnt have signal so i notifed the engineer/staff while he was fixing the safe box, he just unplugged and plug it back in, it worked. And another one is the phone, wanted to call my friend from the other room and noticed phone wasnt working. So i checked the lines. And the telephone line wasn’t plugged all the way. All were easy fix but i expect a hotel to have most things working properly. Wouldnt come back for me. But i think its good for certain people.

The environment and hygiene are both excellent. The hallways are quiet, and it's within walking distance to 7-Eleven and Chulalongkorn University Night Market. Although the hotel is older, the lobby and facilities are very well-maintained. The front desk staff are welcoming; there are steps leading from the entrance to the front desk, but they proactively offer to store your luggage. After checking in, there's an elevator below the stairs that takes you directly up to the rooms. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This review is based on my stay on Dec 2025, my room is on level 10 next to the lift. Location: very handy Cleanliness: OK, the room is a bit old so don't set your expectation too high. I did not get bite by anything so there is nothing to complain. Facilities: Bed is big and comfortable. Everything works as expected but the power plug on the wall is very loose, otherwise I will give it 5/5. Even my room is next to the lift the soundproof is OK, the other guests on the same floor did not make much noise. Service: I really appreciate the help I received from duty manager Suwattana C. I left 3 shirts in the room, the cleaner oversighted them but Suwattana C. posted them to me at free of charge.

The Hotel is certainly classy, but that comes at a price point. The rooftop terrace is spectacular. The only point which was a little sad: we arrived a bit delayed and had massive traffic jam to get to the hotel. We arrived 5:25pm and could have made it to the sunset on the rooftop. But unfortunately the check in process was for no understandable reasons very long. Tjere was absolutely no one else to check in but the boy who took out passports was obviously not very experienced. He kept on looking at the passport and searching something. In his computer. It honestly felt a bit like a bad comedy. He did that procedure for a sensational 27 minutes. But those were the minutes we lost to make it to the sunset. We arrived in the room and had to wait for the luggage to arrive. Until we arrived in the restaurant at 6:05pm the sun was already down. Besides that, the rooftop experience was still extraordinary. Least but not last also because of the waiter, who was just born for that job. The food quality was intermediate, certainly for that price ( Solid 200€ ) you can eat better, just not with that outlook.

My recent stay at The Rembrandt Hotel was excellent! This is a great hotel with fantastic amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that made my visit highly enjoyable. The overall experience was wonderful, and I would certainly recommend it to others. The only minor aspect I would note is regarding the in-house Mexican restaurant. While it was a nice option, I found the menu to be too pricey for the quality and portions received. It was the only part of the stay that didn't feel entirely worth the cost. However, this small detail did not detract from the main experience. The hotel itself is top-notch, and the service, rooms, and facilities were all superb. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and really grows on you. It features a rooftop pool and terrace, and the breakfast on the 1st floor is absolutely superb with a wide variety of choices. They also provide a 24-hour shuttle service to the metro station. **Location:** The hotel entrance isn't directly on the main street; it's tucked away in an alley opposite Platinum Market. However, the overall location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Central World, Big C, and both Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link metro stations. **Breakfast:** The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the food tastes really good. **Layout:** The hotel lobby and rooms are on the smaller side, which might be a bit disappointing upon arrival. However, once you settle in, you'll find everything to be very practical. Despite the small size, the rooms are well-equipped and don't lack anything. The rooftop pool and terrace are a highlight; you can lie there in the evening and enjoy the night view, which is quite relaxing. **Service:** The staff are generally friendly and provide good service.

Positives: Excellent location right next to the On Nut BTS and connected to the Century On Nut mall which has a lot of restaurants, pharmacies and supermarket on the b/f. Room was bright with an amazing view and pool was very relaxing. Staff at reception and concierge were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar is full of natural light with an outdoor area which starts off your morning nicely Negatives: terrible sound proofing (there are gaps between all doors and the carpet to the point where light seeps through). When I entered my room there was still some hair on the floor and by the toilet bowl which was not a welcoming sight. Housekeeping also made a lot of noise banging doors and chatting quite loudly (or maybe it was the lack of soundproofing). Overall I would consider staying here again thanks to the price and location but definitely ask for a quieter room away from the lifts if you are sensitive to noise.

An extremely pleasant stay at Centara Watergate, rooms are very clean and most importantly it’s a highly rated hotel in the middle of all major attractions, and is only 9 mins walking distance from Ratchaprarop Airport Link station. Hotel staff were extremely hospitable; front desk, restaurant and entrance staff. Shout out to Mr Wanlop for his assistance with communicating with our Grab driver and helping us with baggage up the veh. Very nice spread for the morning breakfast too. Thanks to all staff for this pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would return personally. 👍🏼💪🏽

I booked superior king size for the first time. Last few stays in same hotel were in deluxe rooms. This time the room is still spaciousness and well equipped. However, we had to change room As there was a strong smell (sour and weird) smell when we stepped into the room. After checked by the hotel service staff, they helped to give us another room. We were very gratefully for the change. The new room was ok until I realised the control panel for the lights , air con etc have faulty digital numbers. The aircon numbers and alarm numbers are not showing up. It was a struggle to have to guess the temperature settings. I did not request for change of room again as I can live with the faulty control panel . However, it’s about time hotel should have checks in all superior rooms. Guests paid lower room rate but we still deserve to stay in a perfect room.

The hotel is beautiful with all the amenities. It is very centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, Starbucks, local food places, Terminal 21, BTS and MRT. The rooms are amazing. It is big with huge picture window and noise cancellation so you don’t hear street and traffic noises and very minimal BTS sound. The bathroom is huge with all the amenities. Housekeeping is fabulous. Front Lobby and concierge are also amazing and very helpful. All the staff are amazing. Very polite, courteous, helpful and friendly, all with a smile. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel next year. I will be recommending the hotel to all my family and friends.

The room is quite elegantly decorated, and it's a treat to behold. We were graciously accommodated at the executive floor, which is home to two bedrooms connected to a spacious living room in the center. The breakfast was quite bustling, and the staff seemed to be somewhat oblivious to the fact, especially the lady from the Philippines. The swimming pool does not offer access for children. Nonetheless, it is a family-friendly option, although it is not the most suitable. The location is ideal as it is centrally located, providing access to all the activities and attractions you may wish to visit. My husband and my son enjoy a 600-metre walk to Topkart, which has recently opened. This hotel would suit couples in a romantic setting and business travelers with varying needs.

I booked an executive suite and requested a high floor room but was allocated a room on the 16th floor from 25 floors and also the same room I stayed in last time except this time there was no DVD player in the room. The room itself is spacious and comfortable although I needed a box of tissues one night so the cleaning staff should check the contents instead of folding the tissues into a triangle each day. I also had to request soap bars and extra hangers which were promptly supplied as I do not like to use handwash for the face. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Iconsiam which departs from a jetty adjacent to Next2 restaurant whereas previously one could use the Iconsiam shuttle for free. Whilst the hotel is close to Saphan Taksin BTS station there is no elevator or lift to the platform and only stairs going down to street level which is inconvenient when one has heavy luggage.

We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm afraid to say. First things first, it should be said that it is fairly easy to get to on the MTR system, just a very short walk from Hwai Khwang, though it should be pointed out that when using Trip to find the location of Google Maps, I was given the wrong spot (further down the road, so actually a nice surprise to see it was closer, and I wont hold this against the hotel as it is likely nothing to do with them.) Serve at check-in was good, bags carried up the stairs for us and taken to the room with the porter stood waiting as we arrived. Check-in staff were as friendly as one would expect at a Marriott-run hotel of this quality, & though I was slightly surprised by the price of the deposit it was ultimately fine. We had booked a deluxe room with a double bed, and were told that since there was none available (?), we'd be upgraded to a Premier. Looking at the app since, I'm struggling to see where they differ. The decor in the Premier is perhaps a bit more modern, but they are the same size with the same bathroom (more on that later), and the lower price-point is on a much higher floor (ergo better view, I'd assume). In truth, had I paid for a Premier & been greeted with our room, I'd have been even more disappointed. The room was fine, but I'm not sure much more than that. A decent size, though by no means surprisingly big. It was at least quite airy, and the bed pretty comfortable, though seriously lacking in plug sockets. I find it rare to see a hotel these days without plug sockets on both sides of the bed, especially a hotel at this price point. It meant that only one phone could be charged nearby, the other on the table on the other side of the room. The bathroom, though, was really, really disappointing (& that's putting it lightly). The bathtub might have been a nice touch, had it not quite clearly had dried on blood stains in it. I've never experienced this in any hotel I've ever stayed at, no matter how cheap. Let alone at one double the price of anywhere else we stayed in Bangkok and Thailand! The sink, too, was clearly scratched up dirty, with two clear globs of dried on mucus. No face washing in there for us. Fortunate perhaps, given the number of towels provided too was pretty light. The bin in the bathroom also came with no bin bag. I'd hope that the inside is therefore cleaned regularly, but given what we'd seen before, I wasn't filled with hope. Elswhere, breakfast was generally of expected quality. Nothing to write home about per se, but a very nice dining area and good service in fairness. The coffee was decent, though again by no means hugely memorable. The swimming pool is a highlight, offering great views across the city (indeed, the view from our room was quite nice too – though can't help thinking it would be better from a higher floor, like in the cheaper rooms!), with ample comfy beds and free towels. It might be a bit small in peak season, but there were only 3 other groups sharing with us, so plenty of space for a swim. We also enjoyed the massage (850bht). The price was not included in the room fee, but I thought 850 seemed a decent price for the quality and the convenience. Each of these things could be the most memorable part of the trip, were we not greeted by the dirtiest bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel. & that's a real pity, because it was so avoidable too! Especially from a Marriott hotel, I'd really expect better.

My favorite part of the hotel was the laid-back swimming pool, the generously elaborate breakfast, and the beautiful lobby where I enjoyed tea time while listening to the piano. Above all, the outstanding service from the front desk staff made my stay memorable. A big shout-out to the attendant, Peach, who accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor with better conditions. (although a recommendation: The room's decore/furniture could be updated to make it more cozy and bright) As a person who values comfort and routine, my loyalty as a customer depends on how I am taken care of—it's those small, attentive gestures that make a big difference for me and Thank you Marriot team for doing that. I am a regular customer of Marriott hotels in Bangkok, and I see myself returning to the Marriott Marquis branch more often, which is why I booked another trip right away. Well done, Marriott Marquis!

The hotel is situated beside the mall and Asoke BTS. Super convenient. Check in was fuss free. Room was big and clean. Didn’t purchase their breakfast so I cannot comment. The mini bar was free too. Hotel facilities were good. There’s gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, games room etc. Hotel staff were friendly. Will definitely revisit the next time I come to Bangkok.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit Bangkok. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with convenient access to BTS stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it is a comfortable and value-for-money stay that I would gladly choose again.

Service: Not as great considering it was a 5 star-hotel. When I arrived at 10pm, no doorkeeper to help you with your luggage, the front door of the hotel was even closed (but unlocked). My check-in receptionist wasn't the friendliest, no welcome greeting, hard to smile, but got his job done well eg explained abt check out timing, bfast timing, wifi etc. But could use more welcoming energy as a frontdesk. No room service - no one helped you with your luggage. If you order grab, you have to pick it up at the lobby yourself, despite booking a Club room. Club lounge was okay. Didn't feel exclusive and no one checked the guests that come in and out. Rooms: ALOT of the amneties were broken. The switch of the hairdryer was broken. The switch of the bathroom curtain was non functional. You have to pull using the string manually. The sliding door of the bathroom could not stay shut. It kept sliding open buy itself. The bed and pillows were great. The view was amazing. Location: It's abt 10mins walk to Patpong Night Market. And quite in the middle between Sala Daeng BTS and Chong Nonsi. Quite a bit of a walk. Rooftop pool was good. Breakfast: Out of the 3 night-stay, I only went once. It was very mediocre. Alot of pork items and not much options. All in all, an okay experience for a 5 star-stay for the 7th time I've been to Bangkok.

My second stay with Galleria 12 did not disappoint, re-booked the Slender Room this time around. Some additional things that I thought I should add apart from my first review: 1. Accessibility — I cannot emphasise how an accommodation’s proximity to a BTS Station being a “must” if you do not drive or ride. It’s ~8 minutes from leaving the hotel to Asok BTS! 2. Proximity to a Night Market — SW1 Market is right along Sukhumvit Road, where you’ll exit from Suk Chai Alley as you walk from the hotel. While prices can be a higher than normal street food stalls, they’re open until midnight so you’ll still be able to get your street food fix for supper. 3. Emphasis on Guests’ Safety — It was during this stay with Galleria 12 that we had a faulty lift in Block B where my room was located. As I got onto the lift and was headed for the Ground Floor, it started to make weird mechanical noises. An alert housekeeping staff who was near the lift of a lower floor had pressed the lift and advised me to take the stairs until this (potential) issue could be resolved. Sure enough, the faulty lift was cordoned off shortly. Rating: Condition and Cleanliness of Rooms — 5/5 Location — 5/5 (would be higher if I could) Service from Staff (Housekeeping, Concierge, Front of House/ Reception) — 5/5 Would I stay here again? 100% for sure. Thanks again to everyone at Galleria 12 for making the stay a pleasant one.

Cleanliness was excellent, and the reception staff were cooperative and polite. They even upgraded my booking to a higher room category for free. The location is decent, and there are many halal restaurants in the area. Just one note: the room was supposed to include a dental care kit according to the booking, but I couldn’t find it.
