Hotels With Gym in Canton of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland

Bed was very uncomfortable. It's a folding Murphy's bed. Never seen this in a hotel. It was not so clearly visible while making the booking that hotel parking will cost extra CHF25 per night. All together there was no great financial benefit in selecting this hotel. I will not like to use this again.

The reception staff are very helpful and forthcoming in providing prefessional services to guests. We enjoyed very much the nice breakfast of high quality in the cosy restaurant . The room was spacious and cleaned. The central location (close to bus/train stops) made it very easy to scenic spots . We made a very good choice of this hotel. The picture shows the dino outside the hotel which makes the environment relaxing.

Very good, I have stayed here many times recently, the breakfast is delicious, except for the noisy tour groups, there are no other shortcomings. The room is not big, but it is cleaned every day, very good!

The room is compact, close to the road, a bit noisy, and there are basically no disposable items, so you have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast is business-like, just simple bread and some food and drinks, with few vegetables.

I made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made. However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

Breakfast is on the eighth floor. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. There are three hotels in one building, all owned by the same owner with different names. Bring all your own toiletries and slippers, and there is a kettle.

It is right in front of the station, so it is very convenient to travel around Basel. It was a bit narrow because it was a single room, but there was no inconvenience to go on a business trip alone. But if you're sleeping bright, you might be a little uncomfortable with the sound of the trams. I recommend it to those who are not sensitive. .^^

This hotel left a very deep impression on me, the room was spacious and clean, the front desk restaurant gym service was very good, it was an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. Comfort five stars, recommend friends who come to Basel for vacation/business. The hotel's hardware facilities include guest rooms, restaurants, gyms, gardens and more.

The location is great, the only thing is quite loud because you can hear everything thats happening n the street, apart from that the location is great and loved the hotel and the restaurant is outstanding!!

The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly. The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized. Overall very good
