I stayed here on the off chance on a very stormy night. The gentleman on the front desk went out of his way to find me a good rate and researched my Hilton Honors membership as I knew I held one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very modern. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and a hot tub on thet promises. Breakfast is provided and, whilst this is simple, it is quite adequate. This was. Really nice stay and the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. Internet access was good,

I stayed at few hotels in Portland area as I had a short term project took me to Portland for 3 months. Tried few hotels before I settled at Holiday Inn Wilsonville. Holiday Inn Wilsonville met all my needs and more which made me stay for 9 weeks. It had all the amenities I needed for long stay. They had refrigerator and microwave which was essential for me. The bed was firm yet soft and comforter were super soft. The shower pressure was nice and strong and was able to control setting for massage shower. There was plenty of parking spaces. They had nice indoor pool and gym for me to work out and relax. Computer and printer in the lobby whenever K needed to print. They also had a restaurant/ bar which I utilized time to time and food was quite good and reasonably priced. They also had self washer and dryer for my weekly laundry. Lastly they also have sundry shop in the lobby with variety of snacks and ice cream. At this time, I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at the hotel making my stay very enjoyable and pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel for all families and business travelers

All I wanted was a hot bath , I have a bad back. They said I could get new room. That wasn't possible it was everything I could do to get myself to that room. I was staying 2 nights asked for discount on room or a free nights stay or extra points because I'm a member. I never heard back no discount they took my name and number said someone would call me back no one called. Bad customer service very disappointed! Have always had a good experience I have been a member for 15 years, one time 10 years ago there was dog hair in a bed, on the spot they gave me a free room and moved me to a new room, no question that was good customer service! I will never stay at Wilsonville they have no customer service and had to make all kinds of calls to get an answer, whats the problem, and would have to get back to me, I guess they called once and that was it and charged me more for the second night than the first night. No customer service at all! The guest should be taken care of and ask the customer what would make them happy the stay worth while and give it to them. You can make a customer for life or loose them, if its money they worry about, making a customer for life will make you more money. I will never stay at Wilsonville again! There should have been no question, still haven't heard back from them lol...

This hotel needs a new manager and honest policies. They twice have tried to charge me an extra $175 simply because the Manager Michelle was having a PMS day. The first time I was assured it was an error on their part, the second time was because she didn’t like being questioned after making a huge scene in the lobby when she saw my puppy. I was never hiding the puppy and it was with me when I checked in. I even called ahead to make sure it was ok to bring my puppy. Every employee I worked with saw my puppy and said nothing about her other than how cute she is. Michelle however went out of her way to try to embarrass both me and my boyfriend in the lobby while several guests were having breakfast. Then tried telling me there is a $250 deposit for dogs. I asked another employee and was told that the most anyone should ever be charged is $150 and that is only if you pay cash, otherwise it is $75. This manager thinks she can make the rules on the fly and charge people $250 for no reason other than her own PMS and or bad day. There is not one place that references no puppies allowed

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with good shower and nothing broken. Laminate wood floors throughout hotel so no dirty, smelly, germ-infested carpets! Small outdoor pool, and a parking garage. Conveniently located just off the Interstate Highway and on a main road near many restaurants and businesses. I would definitely stay there again.
