We were traveling for work, my daughter ended up getting sick and the staff was very attentive to help us get things taken care of and cleaned up. We are very appreciative of the staff. Chad, Quinton and a young lady at the front desk were extremely helpful at check in and check out. I don’t remember the names of the ladies that helped us get the room clean, But we are thankful for cleaning stuff as well. We enjoyed breakfast and the reduced parking for the conference. I would come back due to the amazing staff you have here

Went down for business conferences. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. It was in a central location of downtown. We had no issues while we were there. Will book here again.

It's literally a fun playful hotel with a bartender in it! Cozy and casual enough to make you feel you are home away from home. Check in drink was great at the bar. The bar has quality and crafted drinks. (My Old Fashioned was superb) Rooms has ton of character and are so clean. I can not wait for another stay at the Moxy Uptown again or even gather with friends from out of town. Staff makes it even more cozy there! Excellent Job Moxy Team!

I’ve stayed at The Normandy three times now. In part for the location, but also because we enjoy the hotel and it’s excellent restaurant. The parking is easy, the rooms comfortable and clean. Our shower was particularly nice. We didn’t get to take advantage of the milk and cookies this time but I’ve had them before and it’s a nice touch. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful; all the staff we encountered were very nice. We particularly like the Normandy Kitchen. I’ve had many delicious meals there and heartily recommend the caramelized Brussel sprouts with Lardons. It was so good we considered ordering a second helping as dessert. I’m sure we will stay there again.
