The reception staffs are nice and welcoming. The gentleman served me on the day of check-in provided me a very clear and detailed information on travelling salzburg. It was glad that early checkin is possible in here allowing me to have a short term of relaxation at my room before exploring Salzburg. Hot water and coffee were provided too. it was also appreciate that the shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and tidy. They really do a good job in hygiene maintenance. Keep going!
Limehome is conveniently located near Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, with the tram station just a short walk away. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials as described, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, one drawback we experienced was the lack of proper kitchen facilities. There was only an electric kettle, a coffee machine, two glasses, two mugs, and two spoons. I had requested a microwave, but unfortunately, it was not provided. Thankfully, there is a McDonald's nearby, which was helpful for meals. Overall, considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money.
It was a nice Austrian traditional style pension. Room was big and comfortable. The bus stop was located just outside the property. Bus ride was around 15mins or so and passes by the local shops and houses.
Breakfast was very homey with fresh fruits, eggs, cereal and pastries etc. The surrounding location was wonderful if one is interested in the local scene. Overall, I ll probably go back again if I were to return to Salzburg.
Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly.
There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room.
The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc.
If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel feels cozy and peaceful and cleaness. The staff so nice to give you advice. This hotel have a good area not so faraway from train and bus station and the 2-3 next alley have river views for you can enjoy and relaxing there.
It is far from the central city, but there is a car traffic at the door. It is more convenient, and the city of Salzburg is relatively small. Even if it is far from the central city, it is actually more than ten or twenty minutes by car and within an hour of walking.
The facilities in the room are relatively complete, with coffee, tea bags and air conditioning, and a kettle. It is the hotel we stayed in throughout the trip, the most suitable hotel for Chinese living habits.
The hotel front desk and the actual place to stay are not in the same place, it takes about two or three minutes to walk, but it is still acceptable.
No elevator! No elevator! ! No elevator! ! ! The important thing is said three times. We live on the 3rd floor. The suitcase is carried up by ourselves, and the stairs are relatively narrow spiral stairs.
I’d like to say thank you so much for everything at this hotel. I have no words to describe how beautiful and magical this place is. Maria, the receptionist, is so lovely, as well as all the staff at the hotel and the restaurant. I definitely recommend this place, and the views are incredible. It made my days so special and warm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Amazing
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room.
Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight!
All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

GGuest Userfood at breakfast is good - variety and quantity
parking is adequate - 2-3 sapces by the hotel
location is right next to the ski lift, maybe 50m walk
hotel is made of wood which very effectively transmits noise from above etc
