The host is very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with tea and fruits upon arrival. They also helped to carry our luggage from didi pickup point to the house. The stay was comfortable. The heater functioned properly. The room was big and as advertised. Theres plenty of space to eat and chill, and store your luggage inside the room. Very clean and the host will top up the amenities if needed. The inn is very close to the ancient town, just need a bit walk downstairs and you'll reach the small river. Theres also convenience store when you go down the road. We booked our jade dragon snow mountain trip with the host. The price is slightly on the higher end, but it was a last minute decision so its alright. They can also help you plan your itinerary for your stay. We went to alot of great place so Lijiang is very enjoyable~ Overall its a recommended place to stay. However, in my opinion the inn location is not suitable for elderly people because theres a lot of stairs.

Facilities: The decor is very ******* in style, with wood being the predominant material in the rooms. It might not have all the amenities of a typical hotel, but it's full of character. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, though there's a faint, elusive yak smell in the hallways (not entirely sure, so beware if you're sensitive to smells); the owner has several cats, which is a huge plus for cat lovers. Environment: The location is right within the ancient town, just over 900 meters from its center. Service: The service is very attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. There were also foreigners staying here. Free airport/high-speed train station/bus station pickup or drop-off: It seems this service is no longer available, but it's very close to the train station, about a 5 km taxi ride, so it won't cost much.

Honglinge Inn is a cozy and clean place located right inside Dali Ancient Town. The location is very convenient for exploring nearby shops and attractions. The room was comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. A good choice for travelers looking for a simple and pleasant stay.

The best hotel host goes to Ah Fei. Based on the reviews, they are true..he is very helpful and easy to deal with. He helped us to arrange for transportation from train to hotel, welcomed us with the warm tea, gave us slippers for kids and attentive to our needs. Aside from that, the hotel room itself is also okay. It’s located almost in front of Chagee (malaysians would love this). There’s also washing machine and dryer for use so it’s convenient for travellers. It’s also near to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City, so it’s easy for pick up and drop off if you want to Didi.

Design: A small yet beautiful guesthouse with a human touch; every piece of decor reflects the owner's taste. The common areas are cozy, perfect for interacting with fellow travelers. Ambiance: At night, when the lights come on, the courtyard is dappled with light and shadow, creating a serene and gentle atmosphere—perfect for journaling or simply unwinding. Setting: Conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk to the ancient city, ideal for travelers looking to slow down and rejuvenate. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was spotless and tidy, and the bathroom was well-equipped with stylish decor! The guesthouse is also very close to the ancient city, making it easy to get around. All in all, it offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended! 👍

The luckiest thing about my trip to Lijiang was choosing this guesthouse with amazing snow mountain views. The room decor features warm, natural wood, perfectly complementing Lijiang's gentle ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and thoughtful amenities like a smart toilet and humidifier were all provided. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The owner and staff were all very warm and attentive, helping us plan our itinerary in advance, assisting with luggage, and recommending authentic local food – everything was taken care of. The guesthouse's location is also superb. It’s not far from the ancient town, making getting around convenient, yet far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and for those driving, there's a free private parking lot, which is a huge plus. Breakfast was authentic Yunnan-style, with freshly cooked rice noodles, soft congee, and fresh fruit – every bite was pure bliss. During our three-day stay, we were surrounded by the stunning snow mountain scenery and warm, welcoming service. This is definitely a hidden gem for accommodation in Lijiang, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Lijiang who wants to experience beautiful snow mountain views – you can't go wrong with this choice!

The hotel is placed strategically near the road so it’s easy for pick up and drop offs and there is no need to drag our luggages. Upon arriving the owner helped carry our luggages inside and even when we were leaving they helped to carry it again out. For Muslim travelers, there is a halal restaurant right next door! the food are so yummy! I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that is close to many attractions. Plus point for their wonderful service too. If i ever come back to Dali, I will stay here again! Thank you so much for the positive experience!

The views are top-notch; if you're not obsessed with seeing the sunrise from a specific spot, watching it from here is more than enough. The room is spacious, quiet, and features floor-to-ceiling windows with an Instagrammable vibe. The hotel is set back a bit from the main road, and the parking lot is up on the mountain. There's a buggy service for transfers, so it's important to contact the hotel in advance. Dining options nearby are limited, so you're pretty much restricted to the hotel. We ordered a chicken, but it barely tasted like chicken, which was a shame.

The room is really well decorated and well furnished. The view from the room is spectacular too! There were scooters you can rent right in front of the building which is so convenient for you to ride around the Erhai Lake! There is also a 24 hrs convenience store in the building and food stalls opposite the building.

We stayed here for 2 nights and felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The owners are very kind, warm, and thoughtful 🫶🏻They allowed us to check in early & choose our room, even upgraded our room for free. On our last day, they kindly let us check out late at 8pm without any extra charge and helped us with our luggage. Plus the hotel is also very close to the North Entrance Gate ✨ Bonus: they have a super cute cat 🐱 100/10 — truly one of the best stays in Lijiang. Much love 🤍
