非常乾淨，非常温馨房東老太太一直等我們到很晚，還擔心下雨，我們路上會不會方便。整個房間有暖氣有冰箱，可以從開關面板看出是新裝修的。關鍵是暖氣片都是乾乾淨淨的！！可以看得出房東的用心！！早餐的食物也好吃，熱騰騰的，比前面幾天在英國別的酒店的都好吃，是他們自己煮的！強烈推薦這家温馨的餐廳！！
The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!

The stay was generally fine, but we did encounter a few issues:
1. We were not informed in advance that a new PIN would be sent by email shortly before check-in. We assumed the PIN on our original confirmation was the one to use and spent quite some time trying to figure this out. No one picked up the customer service phone line.
2. We were unfamiliar with the key vault system and again spent time working out how to open it. A simple instruction sheet on the wall would have helped.
3. The shower design does not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor.
4. Using {sitting on} the toilet during a cold night was uncomfortable because it is not heated.

We enjoyed the night with locals in a nice traditional pub . The room was in need of some mantanace work pealing paintwork on the bathroom ceiling and the bedroom pealing wallpaper damp . Needs a bigger TV and another bedside light.needs a light in the shower area and a light over the handbasin mirror for shaving

I arrived in the evening around 7.30pm after a table tennis event and was greeted warmly by the owner. He was friendly and quickly sorted my room out.. The room was very clean and tidy as described and the wifi was sound. Although there were other guests staying at the hotel, everybody was considerate and kept the noise a minimum. The bed was comfortable, hence I slept really well. The full English breakfast was very nice in a copy dining room for 18 people. Overall, my single room was value for money and I knew exactly what I was getting. I only saw one member of staff and I guess it was the owner, who made my stay a welcoming one. I couldn't take photo outside as I arrived at night and I had to rush off early in the morning.

Lovely little find, very clean with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street. Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby. Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night. Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️
