Perfect and clean environment in a nice suburban neighborhood. The whole unit have one room on the lower level and 5 rooms on the upper level.
Key collection is at another street, a 2 minutes drive. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, tables for meals, sharing bathroom and toilet.
Room is big with comfortable bed and a TV. Recommended.
This is a lovely shared amenities house. Everything is spotless clean. The owner/host is very friendly and accommodating to all requests. This would best suit short term travellers who function well in a shared environment.
What a great spot, amazing views, so close to everything.
Bed was very comfortable, amenities were perfect. so clean and tidy and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy.
Our only negative was being right by front door when other guests came in at 3am, noisily chattering outside in the hall way and doors banging closed. (for other guests reading this please be mindful of this when you are coming in at night)
Other than that we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.
Traditional British buildings, rooms and public areas are very clean and sunny. The landlord is excellent. Convenient location, very close to eden Mountain and newmarket, suitable for parents and children to travel
We chose Piha Beach for a day in Auckland. The black beach is very good, many surfers. The hotel has an open shared kitchen, you can cook dinner or you can make your own breakfast. There are three toilets and toilets shared, so it doesn't seem crowded. The boss is very nice. He is generally 3-6PM, we are a little late, he is waiting for us. In fact, it doesn't matter if the boss is not there. He has messages and instructions on the whiteboard, and the key is inserted on the door. By the way, it is all Panshan Road to Piha Beach, so pay attention to safety when driving.
Auckland's first stop, still quite warm, 2 minutes walk from the countdown, dining street is also very close. The type of room booked is a bit small, especially with children to confirm with the hotel first
Neither provided breakfast, but Ctrip offered two options with and without breakfast, I chose the price with breakfast, and Ctrip charged me for breakfast, but I didn't enjoy breakfast.
Nice accommodation in Auckland‘s North / Albany. Quiet area with two alpacas. The kitchen is well equipped, property well maintained and the double bed room was spacious.
Staff could barely speak English and you could easily hear the neighbours through the walls. The building‘s quality seems cheap.
Would recommend it for a shorter stay, therefore.
There is no heating and cooling in the room, and there are public bathrooms and toilets. There are four rooms to go. There is a simple microwave and air fryer in the room, a public kitchen is available, and there are dining tables in the lobby. It is an 8-minute drive from the airport and is suitable for early self-driving flights.

HHan DevilisAngelLoveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring! Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it.
Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good.
Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!
JJINGOverall it is not bad, the islanders opened, the environment is good, the room is big, you can cook by yourself, the hot spring opposite is very average, not recommended, the islanders service is very average, the hot spring next door feels better!

GGuest UserIt was a very comfortable B&B suite. I arrived that night. It was a surprise the next day when I opened the curtains and saw the yard. The lamb would come over when people came by and even touch its head. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator, and the eggs are all produced by their farm. An electronic brochure is issued before check-in, which contains various useful information.
The only problem is that the flat iron roof is a bit noisy when it rains. I had jet lag on the first day, so I didn’t get much sleep. Later I discovered that most B&Bs in this country have iron roofs, so I got used to the jet lag.
GGuest UserOutstanding venue with incredibly attentive service. We didn't eat in for dinner so cannot comment but breakfast was lovely with remarkable views.
Maybe an a la carte option for breakfast would have mad ir perfect.
GGuest UserThe hotel is the old town in the center of Auckland, and the surrounding restaurants, bars and shopping are very convenient. The old house has a taste of home. The breakfast has a special chef made for each guest on-site, which is delicious. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming, and also reserved a parking space for us. In short, everything is fine, will stay again next time.
张张Breakfast is better, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, the surrounding is quiet, the facilities are good, the health is good, the service is good, suitable for family travel, no extra bed
JJINGYUANThe room is very hygienic, the area is large enough and the parking is convenient. The room is on the second floor and there is no electricity. The room has a separate toilet and a double bed. There are restaurants and takeaways around and the transportation is convenient.
