I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it exceeded all my expectations. A big spotless room, very comfortable bed with 5-star (really!) bedclothes, good bathroom with decent shower, tea/coffee amenities, even a small fridge, friendly English-speaking receptionists. Yes, it was quite noisy from the window, but the hotel is in a busy street. It was not perfectly dark in the room, but I used earplugs and a sleeping mask, so I slept like a baby. Next time between Sabiha airport flights I’ll definitely stay in that hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Blue Hotel during my trip to Turkey. The experience was truly memorable. The room was comfortable, clean, and made my stay very relaxing.
What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. I highly recommend Taksim Blue Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a great place to stay with outstanding hospitality.

The location is excellent, close to Taksim Square (10 minutes) and Istiklal Street (2 minutes). The supermarket is a leisurely 10-12 minute walk away. There are plenty of shops nearby.
We arrived very late, and for our first night, we were given one of the two rooms we had booked at a neighboring hotel. We got a clean, newly renovated room, albeit very small. It was perfectly adequate for one night. We moved the next day. Overall, the room on the 5th floor was more tired than the one on the 4th floor (it had been recently renovated and had new plumbing and a shower). The view from the window was of the parking lot and the rooftops of the neighboring buildings.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: plenty of dishes, clean linens and towels, shampoo, soap, and dishwashing liquid. There was always hot water. The split-system air conditioner worked.
Cons: During our 8-day stay, there was no cleaning service, no linens, and no towels were changed, but perhaps this is done upon request. We didn't really need it. Upon request, they brought shampoo and replaced a light bulb. So, they respond quickly to requests.
The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear even someone walking calmly up the stairs. And, by the way, the stairs are very steep, making climbing them quite a challenge.
Overall, I recommend the hotel, but keep in mind the following nuances: the steep stairs mean you might have to move after spending one night in the hotel next door (this is often mentioned in reviews); not all the rooms are newly renovated (not very noticeable, only in the shower stall and plumbing). Another wonder is the school in the neighboring building: the bell for class, playing very loud music, will wake anyone up. It's impossible to sleep after nine.
Come and relax: this city will leave no one indifferent, and for this price, the little details about the hotel are complete nonsense.

I stayed for 3 nights, and they cleaned the room every day, provided plenty of amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner), and having a microwave in the room was incredibly convenient. It was also incredibly clean. What I liked most was the cleanliness and the strong water pressure; after a full day of sightseeing, coming back to a warm shower and a good night's sleep really washed away all the fatigue. The location is close to the airport bus stop, and there are many restaurants and a fixed-price supermarket (Migros) nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick, and everyone was very friendly. The housekeeping staff were always bright and kind too. Oh, and there's a cafe or restaurant-like place in the same building, which is great for grabbing toast or pastries in the morning. I'd definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

We stayed at La Pera Suites as a family and were truly very satisfied with our experience. The rooms were both very clean and comfortable. Having enough space for our family to relax comfortably was a big advantage for us.
The location is excellent and very central, so we had no difficulty with transportation. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive; they helped us with everything we needed. We felt right at home.
We highly recommend it for families and for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again 😊

We loved absolutely everything: the apartment itself, the check-in process, and the location. We arrived late, so they sent us instructions (codes) for check-in the day before. We took a Havabus from the airport; it took 50 minutes to reach the Taksim Square stop at night, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the return trip during the day. From the Havabus stop, it was a maximum 20-minute walk to the apartment with our suitcases. The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and had everything we needed, including a great kitchen with all appliances.
The balcony offered a wonderful view of the Galata Tower. Within walking distance were Istiklal Street, the metro (Taksim station), the T1 tram stop, and Galataport.
The Galata Bridge was just one tram stop away (though we often walked). Istiklal Street could be reached via a shortcut, climbing a steep staircase. There were many small shops nearby. We went to Migros, which had a great selection of dairy products and cheeses.
On our last day, we left our suitcases at the reception downstairs until the evening.
A big thank you to the apartment administrators! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends. If we come back, we'll certainly stay here again.
I'm not attaching many photos as the ones on Trip.com are accurate.
Very comfortable stay!
The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unexpectedly, I was impressed by the kitchen.
There was an electric kettle and we enjoyed coffee and tea. There was also a microwave, so it was easy to heat up a meal in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable.
And most importantly, the showers were nice! The showers in this hotel are the warmest in Turkey.
The owners are very caring and easy to contact if you need anything.
The Grand Bazaar is close by and was a fun place to shop. There is also a supermarket nearby.
I wish I could have stayed in this hotel more often. I would use this hotel again! Thank you very much.

The staff are very kind, hospitable people.
I think the location of the hotel is great. Reliable and close to kadıköy bull.
The bathroom design is very cool and beautiful.
What I can say as a problem is that I got the cheapest room. Unfortunately, there is no glass etc. in this room and therefore the room is very hot and breathless. I am sure this room is spacious in other rooms (with glass or balcony idk).
Since I had urgent business, I checked out of the hotel without staying. I don't know if I could sleep at night in a breathless and hot environment.
But as I said, this may not be the case in other rooms. They already informed me about the condition of the room at the reception, so I don't see a problem.
A quiet, calm, pleasant hotel.

Beware, the location on google maps and this website is slightly off. It is on another street about 2 minutes walk away. There should appear another Berce Apartment on google maps, it’s that one.
The host was really helpful tho. Clean apartment and all the amenities for the price. Incredible location, about 10 minutes walk from the Sultanahmet Mosque which is really convenient. And the price is quite attractive too.

TTactoidThis homestay is located next to the Cathedral of Santa Sophia and is a great starting point for city walk. The past road is very sloped and is a stone road, not very friendly to the suitcase.
The owner of the homestay is a serious and kind Turkish grandfather, very nice, telling me a lot about eating, drinking and having fun nearby and the rail transit to catch a plane at the airport.
The design of the room is a bit like a hobbit's cabin, very beautiful. There are two beds, one big and one small. The air conditioning cooling effect is very good, and the air conditioning is very quiet. Disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel are provided, but there is no disposable toothbrush. There are small refrigerators, two bottles of drinking water, and a pack of sandwich biscuits. The software and hardware are equivalent to the level of ordinary homestays in China.
Points to note:
1. The light rail rail outside the window of room 1 I live in is the light rail. Every ten minutes, there will be light rail trains rumbling past, noisy, but it will be out of service at midnight.
There are few power outlets in the room, which are really easy to use there is one in the bathroom.
3. The design of the sink is very anti-human, the basin is very shallow, and there is a prominent and not too high shelf above, which is very inconvenient when washing your face.
4. The pillowcases changed the next day seem to have old blood stains. This may be a common problem in the hotel. The linen is not updated in time.
5. It is not convenient to get to SAW Airport here. It takes T1 - B1 - M4 to transfer several times, and there is no subway after 0:00 midnight on weekdays, and it will be re-run at 6 am.
6. On the second day of the stay (August 6, 2025), when I took a shower in the afternoon, the homestay actually had a power outage for 10-20 minutes. The bathroom was dark, which was very unexpected.

A quiet, calm, pleasant hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a three-storey house, coupled with a cafe outside (where the tastiest breakfast is served (thanks!)). My room was very nice, thought through, I really liked the oldish appearance of the house itself and the design of the room, wooden furniture and huge windows. Since the room was on the first floor and the windows were facing the cafe, it was a little noisy in the evenings, and I needed to pull down the curtains as well. The room had all the listed appliances (incl. a small fridge and a kettle) but I lacked a table, however I guess the room size does not allow for it. The main advantage for me was the location: I really love that district, walked around it a lot. There are two very pleasant parks that descend to Bosphorus (going down the slope is pretty easy), and there is Üsküdar dock nearby if you want to get to other parts of the city by ferry. The metro station is ±8-10 min away and there are shops and local restaurants around.
GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.
NNAZIHA7337The location is very near to Hagia Sophia and blue mosque and also the stop for Havaist bus (airport bus). The route is flat so dont worry about going up on hilly road.
The room i booked is 201, hence it's on 1sf floor,so the noise from outside is tolerable. But i notice there's room located at ground floor level, so it could be noisy a bit for people staying kn ground floor.
The breakfast spread is soooo gooodd with lots of variety, fruits, many choices of homemade jams and facing the sea.it's my favourite time of the day.having coffee and looking at the sea and seagull.
There's no lift but the staff will help to carry your beg to your room.
The room is clean, the bed is nice and comfy.
There's also books for you to read on the terrace.
Overall, im very satisfied and pleased with my stay here.
