I loved my stay at the Scenic Mountain Ecolodge. Yen and Vin were lovely hosts and made sure I was super comfortable. I divided my stay between the luxury room and the deluxe room. Honestly the deluxe room is better since it has more natural light and is very spacious. Overall it’s a great place to stay and is very close to Hang Mua.

I really enjoyed staying at Freedom Hood Hostel. The owners were really nice and welcoming. The dorm bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included. The hostel is located at a fantastic area with views of mountains surrounded. I highly recommend this hostel if you’re staying in Trang An, Ninh Binh.

We really like our stay at Trang An place, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and super fresh, we amended up eating lunch and and dinner there too. The garden is very beautiful and quiet, the rooms are simple but spacious. The stuff was also very nice to recommend on visiting the attractions, can definitely recommend this place

My transportation was arranged by the homestay and the journey was not ideal but that's not something they could control. Just setting the scene for how things started. When I got there about 22:30 , the host was SO lovely. Just directed me to my room, helped with my case and took a quick photo of the passport for check in. He informed me he can give me any guide details or information I need in the morning. He took my breakfast order as well.I couldn't be more glad because I did not have the energy to retain any information. Woke up to gorgeous views. I booked the mountain view and glad to see it when I woke up. As of course I only saw the pool at night. The food is SO GOOD. Rich broth and the banana pancakes were also nice with banana bits in it. I don't usually have breakfast so I didn't ever eat all my meal. Large portions also. The host checked on me via message to make sure I did like the meals or if I would like something else. Kind of them to notice. Short cycle ride to Mua mountain which I get from the homestay. They're absolutely lovely and would definitely stay away. Warm and welcoming.

We booked this place because of the modern room and it was indeed as clean and modern as we saw on the pictures. Lily is very sweet and accomadating. She assisted us with everything. The breakfast was amazing!! You could choose multiple items and it was delicious. You can also rent motorbikes and they provide free bicycles. Would recommend to stay here if you are in the Ninh Binh area. It is a very good and central location to see al the attractions.

Perfect Location & Peaceful Stay This boutique hotel is a hidden gem with about 10 beautifully designed rooms surrounded by greenery and nature-inspired décor. The location is perfect! Very safe and close enough to enjoy great restaurants and local attractions, yet tucked away from the noisy tourist streets, offering a peaceful retreat. We stayed in the spacious triple family room with a private terrace, and it was wonderful. The beds were huge, the mattress was perfectly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. 🚲 The hotel provides free bike rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfasts were a highlight, with different homemade options each day, ranging from Western favorites like eggs, toast, and pancakes to authentic local dishes such as chicken pho and fried noodles. They even specially made fresh juice for my child each day. 💫 The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. They helped us book a seamless transfer to Hanoi. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with the perfect location, quiet surroundings, and warm hospitality, this is the ideal choice. Highly recommended for families and travelers who value comfort and authenticity.

Good location at Hoa lu old town with plenty of eats at night.. (limited choices in the morning though) Quite a new hotel, clean... We got a Biggest room so it is very spacious and spacing the river. Helpful staff

This place was such a pleasant surprise! The only place I have ever visited that looks and feels so much more than its photos! I arrived so late at night I could not see the surrounds! When I arrived in darkness I could see beauty! When I woke in the morning I was blown away! The breakfast options were wide and the delivery and taste was so nice! The coffee house does real coffee?! So tasty and the service is so kind and authentic! Then I ordered a massage! Oh my! The lady that came to my room was such a brilliant practicioner! I invited her back for the next day! My only regret was that I did not have her for all my nights I stayed! This is a win! Do not miss this place with such lovely honest staff! I even dropped 2 x 500,000 dong notes when I was settling and the man came and returned it to me! I was so shocked I gave him 500,000 to say thank you! Thank you for such a beautiful stay

The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better. Two things to mention. If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains! Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit. The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle. We loved our stay. We would stay again if we visited!

This was such a lovely and calm hotel near Hang Mua Mountain, perfectly situated between Tam Coc and Trang An. You were given a bicycle for free or could rent a motorcycle for 150.000VND per day. The hosts and the hotel owner was extremely friendly and took the time to explain where everything was and made sure you had everything you needed. I could not recommend this hotel more in Ninh Binh!
