The location is very good, very close to Republic Square. The public space is large, with hot water, tea bags and coffee. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The sanitary conditions are good.

Good location.. nice amenities.. kept clean..
The issue I faced was this.. the next bunk bed upper bed guy complained about packing my bags at 10 am in the morning.. that I am disturbing his sleep..
Mandatory house rules should include people in a Dormitory style MUST NOT COMPLAIN normal activities during normal daytime hours. If one wants to sleep at 10 am in the morning and no one should do anything while that guy is sleeping he should either go to an individual room hotel or put earplugs and sleep all day.. no one would ever cate

Good position, and the owner Lylia was so sweet and understanding. It's on the last floor without elevator, for me no problem, but for someone else could be. And no air conditioning, that in the night can be too hot. Loved most the owner, position and free breakfast she provided before usual bevause i was checking out early

The room is very clean, the quotation you see is actually a bed, in the center of the city, 10 minutes walk to the big ladder, there is a one way trip travel agency 100 meters nearby, and it is also very close to the hyur travel agency. The bus stop is 100 meters away. After Google navigation, enter in the middle of the shoe room and a jazz bar and follow my picture. I arrived late at night and walked to the door to press the password. Later I found out that it was not actually from the password door. The landlord Susan, although she does not speak English, is also very enthusiastic. You can communicate with her with Google Translate. The room was super clean and I will continue to stay next time.

We stayed at Blur Inn Gallery in Yerevan and were very satisfied with our stay! The metro is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great attention to detail. Breakfasts are really good and of high quality. We would definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThe friendly receptionist put me in a better room than I booked. There is a shower, towels, a kitchen. There was even a working air blower in the room. I stayed for one night, so the price/quality ratio was quite satisfactory. Only payment was in cash, it is not clear why Trip did not allow non-cash payment
