Loved the location; it’s a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway (Nakasu-Kawabata station). It’s also near Tenjin area.
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the room; encouraged to eat and drink at the lounge on level 9. The lounge has a kitchen (complete with stove, cooking utensils, oven toaster, microwave and fridge) so you can cook or heat up your food there.
They also have some brochures and guides (love the ramen recommendations!) at the lobby and lounge, which is a nice touch.
Breakfast is provided from 7 - 9.30 am, which is nice too. It’s a simple spread of bread, milk, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice and soup.
Shower rooms are located on level 2, while there are bathrooms on every floor (if I recall correctly).
The downside is that the walls are thin; sometimes I could hear people in the corridor. There’s also only one lift, so sometimes I have to wait a while for it.
I had a great stay at this hostel. The place was very clean and well maintained, with fresh towels and all the basic amenities provided. The location is excellent — it’s right next to a park, perfect for a morning walk or just relaxing, and only a short, walkable distance from the city centre.
Check-in and check-out were completely automatic and hassle-free, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay — I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good value and easy access to the city.
The facilities are great, although the check-in process at the front desk involved quite a few steps. However, the location is unbeatable, right outside the JR station.
I made a reservation for 6pm on the day and headed there right away.
The guide was very kind and helpful, explaining things I didn't understand.
It was a women-only bunk bed, but the mattress was soft and the ceiling was high so I was able to sleep soundly.
There were lots of guidebooks too, which was helpful.
Most of the people there were foreigners! I went to karaoke with the people I met that day and it was really fun to have a cross-cultural exchange. I'll definitely stay here again when I go to Fukuoka!!
The Hostel was for the most part clean and the staff was welcoming and polite. The Hostel featured a small but cozy communal area with seating, kitchen and small cafe.
The downside was that no amenities where included in the price. You had to pay extra for towels and toothbrush and no slippers were included.
The location is a bit off but absolutely alright. The city center was within walking distance and so was the port.

>Usually im quite picky about the restroom, but i have to say its really tidy here cause they clean the hostel everyday💯
>bed space doesn’t feel stuffy or musty at all! The sound proof is better than i thought, comparing with other hostel i have lived. You wont hear squeaky sound when others getting off from the upper bunk (impressed)
> was worrying if its too far away from the station, but the bus station to hakata is actually 3 minutes walk only, and they come very often. convenient!
Conclusion: comfy and nothing to complain!
The room feels like renting a one-room apartment, and there is no elevator, so it may be a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage The building is not new, but the room was very clean and clean, so it was comfortable. The bath was only a shower, but I was worried, but the shower temperature was not well determined. It has become hot or cold water. Other than that, there was no problem. We arrived early, but did not enter room, but were able to leave baggage comfortably and were able to check in. I would like to stay again
В целом симпатичный хостел, полотенца не берите, хостел его предоставит. В целом симпатично, единственно присутствует запах. Есть кухонька, еду купленную в магазине можно разогреть

Great
we recently stayed at Webase Hostel and had an overall pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were both very clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness of the facilities is definitely a highlight, and everything felt well-maintained and tidy. The staff at the hostel were also incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were always ready to help and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Their warm attitude added a personal touch that made me feel at home. One minor issue I noticed was that the bed sheet felt a bit humid, which might be due to the local climate or ventilation. It wasn’t a major problem, but it’s something that could be improved for an even better sleep experience. The location of the hostel is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Whether you're exploring the city or just need a good base, it’s a great spot. Another nice touch is the simple breakfast provided each morning. It’s a good way to start the day without having to worry about finding food first thing.
Overall I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again if I return to Fukuoka. The hotel is located a short walk to many nice restaurants/coffee shops and good neighborhoods to explore, and is also around the corner from a subway station (15 min direct to airport, and even shorter to reach Hakata main train station). The lobby/bar area has a nice cozy vibe, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient in explaining the facilities. The smart pods are high-end, using an attached iPod to control bed adjustment, light dimming, and cooling fans. The bed was comfortable and larger than expected, and the storage underneath the bed was enough to hold 2 carry-on sized suitcases (a full-size suitcase may not fit due to height). I stayed in the female-only section, and the sleeping area and the bathroom/shower areas were kept very clean. The 2nd floor lounge is a nice space to hang out or do some work, with comfortable seating and free coffee/tea.
Luxurious & designed capsule hotel chain in Hakata Fukuoka. This is very first time to stay in Hakata brunch. It’s so nice to stay here for businesses and travel alone. But just one I point out ,No need to change sheets&make bed during my stay there for environment. so getting less chemical detergents !!! ※ just my opinion
Excellent location, and the Nepali front desk boy is very kind and friendly helping figure out the best hidden spots (cheap and excellent restaurants ) around Fukuoka . Somehow the rate was absurdly expensive for a capsule hotel (Saturday around 550 rmb). Facilities are clean and staff are kind. Solo travelers looking for a good location, this is an option. Simple breakfast . Very near the park!
Golden Guesthouse Hakata is just. A 3-stop Nishitetsu bus ride from Hakata station and pay 150 yen.Taxi was 830-990 yen.. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. It's clean and I got a shared 6-female dormitory room with shared toilet and bathroom , but super clean with amenities such as shampoo hair conditioner hair dryer hair iron and face towels. I had a late check in .thank you so much !
First, the staff service is excellent, always greet you with a smile and accommodating. Second, the hostel is well maintained and clean, and the pillow, blanket, and bed are good quality. Common areas like the lounge, shower, and toilet are functional and clean. Third, the location is close to the bus station, a 3-minute walk, and 10-15 minutes to Hakata station. I love that they have options for female and male-only dormitories and mixed—an excellent price for what you get. I highly recommend Hostel Toki and will visit again when I travel to Fukuoka.
Facilities and accommodation is overall very clean and well done, bunks and toilet are clean. The might be able to do better in getting new pillows as current ones are flat and don’t support well
The receptionist sister is a really kind person. When i check in i don't have cash and my credit card had some problems so can't withdraw any money. This kind sister tell me to buy a tobacco in convenient store for the charge of check in tax. Which saved me or I'm gonna sleep on the street. And this hostel is every clean. Everyone is quiet and friendly. Makes me wanna come again!the space is a little tiny but all in good management and regulated.
This is a capsule hotel near Hakata Railway Station and two subway stations from Fukuoka Airport. A lot of restaurants are in the vicinity. Breakfast has two choices: Japanese style and Western style. The garlic bread in breakfast is delicious. The hotel is at the 2nd floor of a bus terminal, from where you can take bus to Tokyo , Osaka and other major cities. The large bathroom in Japanese style is worthwhile for a non-Japanese to try.
