BEST HOTEL we’ve ever stayed in! Location is unbeatable and Everyone in the staff was so professional and attentive. Manager Shana Thomas was extremely kind and made our stay superb! After checking several hotels for our first stay in London we noticed most of them were just sooo small and we wanted a roomier place. We booked the NYX at a reasonable price and with a King size bed. The check in was so easy and whatever we needed the staff was there for us. They have a pool, gym and the rooftop bar is amazing. Breakfast there is also great. Location is just a block from metro and everything is close by! We will definitely come back

Great location. Beautiful hotel & rooms design. Breakfast lacks variety but you will find what to eat. Our room was missing a full body mirror, but there was one right outside the room. It was missing a comfortable mirror for makeup as well. Otherwise great room and comfortable bed. The service at the hotel was extraordinary, especially Ceren was super helpful and made our vacation so much better! We first got a room overlooking some kind of a factory and she helped us to find a room with amazing street view. Ceren did way beyond the expected to make us enjoy our stay. The spa was also big and relaxing. The rooftop bar is very cool.

Pros: Great room, spotless and fab shower that we never wanted to leave as it was very nice and powerful. The mattress was soft, we like a firm mattress, but it was fine. Excellent location for the Olympic Village events. The outdoor drinks area was very nice, had some lovely cocktails, which were reasonably priced. Lovely furniture and nice extra touches such as blankets outside, but not needed in July. Breakfast was very nice too, nice selection all high quality foods, hot and cold. We ordered fish and chips from the room service menu and a Caesar salad, it was the best fish and chips that we had eaten in a long time. Excellent, well done chef. Cons: The lifts stunk of sewerage, I-can only assume that there are drains below, it, it was awful, but on balance it was just in the lift. The staff at Reception weren’t massively friendly, we asked about paying for the car park and the replied was, ‘it’s nothing to do with us’, maybe but it’s essential knowledge for a guests stay. All other staff were lovely in the restaurant and a special mention to the lady that delivered our room service. Thank you.

My wife and I have now stayed at Hyatt House on a couple of occasions since what was Holiday Inn (Staybridge apartments) became the Hyatt House part of the Hyatt Stratford hotel. Apart from the complete (and much needed) refurbishment of the hotel & apartments, what is also very noticeable is a real improvement in customer service, whether at reception, restaurant or bar. Accessibility, great transport connections, the proximity of Westfield mall and proximity to both London and family mean that this has been our go-to venue when visiting London for seversal years now and our recent experiences of staying at the Hyatt have only served to reinforce our opinion.

The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

The location is good, with Martha's supermarket and Starbucks nearby.

Wonderful hotel with excellent location. The room was clean, very comfortable and had great view of the London Stadium. The location was amazing, next to a huge Stratford Shopping Centre and to the subway station with many subway lines. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. KUDO to the Concierge Staff, especially NALEEF, DANIEL, AND ONE OTHER GENTLEMAN (sorry! i forgot his name). My wife got pickpocketed in London. The Concierge staff, especially Naleef, went above and beyond their duty to help us to deal with our distress moments. He advised us to report the theft to the London Police, and also the Concierge staff helped us tremendously to deal with our stolen credit cards. We really appreciated what these amazing staff did for us. Thanks so much to Naleef, Daniel and to all the Concierge staff for making us feel so welcome and for all your unforgettable help during our stay. The world needs more of these people like your Concierge staff. Hyatt should be very proud to have these amazing Concierge staff. We certainly will return to this Hyatt hotel in the future and would highly recommend this Hyatt hotel to anyone!

The service attitude is friendly, the environment is clean and the facilities are perfect.
The location of the hotel is convenient for transportation. There are underground Monument and Bank within a few blocks, and you can walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

The hotel is okay
Location: At Alagate East Station on the district line, walk 300 meters after arrival
There is a tower bridge nearby that can be lifted and you can go sightseeing. It only takes 10 minutes to walk.
There is a Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel, and mineral water is 0.75 pounds a bottle.
The hotel breakfast is a traditional British breakfast anyway.
The room is clean and looks relatively new. The bed is the smallest bed I have ever slept on.
The front desk is very beautiful🤩
There is a dandan noodle nearby, and I will show you how to make grated intestines.

The room is not big, but it is very clean. It is convenient to travel. It is 5 minutes away from the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy. It is a good experience. It has air conditioning, which is very good.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

The decoration and content of the hotel will not go into details, it is not advanced. But I have booked here for the last three days because of the good location. Oxford Street bears the brunt of gift shopping, the British Museum is within easy reach, and Trafalgar Square is not far away. Of course, if you must define gift-giving gifts in the category of Harold, well, it's a little far away.
In addition, the breakfast is average and the service is very good. I said I was too tired, so I found a relatively large room not facing the street if I wanted to be quiet. There is a line of Korean dishes around the hotel. I don’t know why they line up. There is also a restaurant with three Uyghur Chinese characters written on it. The owner is probably a Central Asian who can’t speak Chinese, but the dishes are enough to relieve the pain of homesickness. Lamb is real! Shaxian snacks are also two minutes' walk away.

The room is very small, but the location is good. It is 100 meters away from the British Museum. It is convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast is also very good. You can also order a la carte, there is a menu, and there is no extra charge.

Easy and convenient for access, staff are polite, room size is quite enough, bathroom size is ok, living enviroment is silent

Horrendous from start to finish asked for a room with a view, told hotel before hand I was unable to use stairs due to my disability. I prefer to book a double room as I like a double bed for comfort. The room I was given was like a box room would not have been able to accommodate a couple. The view was a tiny windows which faced a wall. The bed was so so but sleep wasn't as I could hear each train on the under ground. The breakfast you took out of the fridge after 8.00am a cardboard box containing a prepacked waffle, small yogurt, packet of sweets and a carton of juice. Not worth what I paid for the night. Would have given minus points if I could. Was not given any compensation. Do not recomend

The entire staff at this location has gone above and beyond to make our stay of 8 nights so memorable for my first visit to this lovely city. Flor greeted us every morning with such a warm smile and heartfelt “Good Morning” and always asked about our day before and what we were doing today. The walk to the Whitechapel tube stop was very short and access to the bus station was just across the street. Two grocery stores and several fast food restaurants within the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Like always, I think the staff is what makes the hotel. My room had issues with air con, where it would turn off around midnight, and with windows being permanently shut it would make the room too hot to sleep in, resulting in poor sleep. However, the breakfast staff, Aygul and Flor, would turn my morning around. They're very friendly and helpful, and make sure you have everything you might need. Thank you both, for taking such a good care of me.
