Mundesley is a beautiful village on the North Norfolk Coast, about 7 miles east from Cromer. The bungalow is on the prestigious Hillside on the east-cliff, less than a 2 minute walk from the cliff edge, which has views of the sea and surrounding villages. The bungalow itself is south facing and has views of the countryside, Paston Mill, and fields with horses just a few yards away. Mundesley is a short drive from Cromer (7 miles) Sheringham (10 miles) Blakeney (15 miles) The Norfolk Broads (15 miles) Great Yarmouth (25 miles) Norwich (25 miles). It is a great place for both a relaxing family holiday, and for exploring the North Norfolk coast, which is famous for it's craftsmen and fine cuisine. Wroxham Barns and Alby Crafts are each about a fifteen minute drive. Or just relax on the veranda on a recliner, sheltered from the North sea breeze. How about a family day out at the Great Yarmouth pleasure beach or you could hire a day boat and take a trip on the Norfolk Broads? So many exciting things to do. Or you could just relax in the bungalow watching the sunrise and set. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people very comfortably, with a double futon sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas hob and electric oven, 900w microwave, slimline dishwasher, large fridge and frost free freezer. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Beds are made up, towels and shower mats are provided as well as kitchen linen. Tea and coffee are also provided. South facing the bungalow attracts the sun all day and the veranda is a suntrap and a shelter from the north sea breeze. It is not overlooked by any one else. The site is private and quiet and a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes to the village. North Norfolk is a beautiful area, a short drive from Cromer, Sheringham, The Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth and Norwich. Mundesley itself is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our visitors often return year after year falling in love with this magical village by the sea as I did, many years ago . The local's are friendly and welcoming and happily organise Antique and Craft Fayres, Art Exhibitions, Bingo and cinema nights to name but a few things in the local village and church halls. They have a relaxed energy and enthusiasm for their wonderful village. Dogs are welcome in the bungalow and in the local pubs and on the beach. So many wonderful walks to discover while you stay. Our lovely house sits on an unadopted road with beautiful seaviews over the cliff. We have been hosting now since 2018 and have only had great reviews of 4 or 5 stars which we are very proud of and hope that if you decide to stay that you enjoy it as much as we do and all of our guests. Our house comprises of a dining kitchen, lounge, and conservatory on the ground floor with 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. It has a large rear garden and ample parking at the front of the house for at least 4 cars.The House has WIFI, gas central heating from a combi boiler. The lounge has a settee and chairs, smart tv, and double doors lead to the conservatory again with a settee and chairs. The Kitchen has a table which can seat 6 people, larder fridge, small table top freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, Nespresso Coffee Machine(only limited capsules so may need to bring your own) and a microwave. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which is a slightly smaller double bedroom. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.Also I am told that the photos do not do the Seaview justice - They are amazing!!General InformationTesco Express is a 2 minute walk. There are steps down to the beach just in front of the house where you can walk along to the centre, or you can walk down the road into the village where there is a slope down to the Award Winning Beach. The Village is a 10 minute walk away with various pubs, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shops and cafes. There is a Crazy Golf Course, Skate Park and a Park with Swings – There is a local bus service to surrounding villages and also into Norwich. On the way to Cromer in Trimingham, there is Woodlands caravan park which has a swimming pool, and a restaurant with carvery on certain days.Cromer is approx. 9 miles away from Mundesley and North Walsham is 5 miles away, both have large supermarkets and a large selection of shops and restaurants. Cromer has a lovely beach with a pier and entertainment, they also have a very popular Carnival each year at the end of August.Norwich is approx. 20 miles away, it is a Beautiful City with a Castle, Cathedral and a many large shopping centres with all the big names such as John Lewis and Jarrolds, they also have a market and lots of nice restaurants.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

The self-catering property is within the grounds of our home, Stone House Farm with ample parking and can sleep up to four people. The hotel is in a good location and very safe, only a 6-minute walk from Norwich train station. The owner and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Although the hotel facilities are simple, hot water boilers and coffee are provided. If you need a hair dryer, you can ask the front desk attendant for one. There are ample charging plugs in the room, including USB sockets and TYPE C sockets, with advanced facilities. Bring your own toothbrush and slippers. Everything in the hotel is very clean. The shower faucet in the bathroom is very powerful and the hot water is very comfortable, which made me relax during these few days of travel. Thank you for making a good choice. This hotel is very good overall. I will definitely come back next time 😉

Lovely hotel, reception and bar areas very nice with the reception areas having lovely marble flooring. Our room was lovely some aspects a little dated and the flooring was very sloped. Most definitely didn’t affect our time. Great parking, and in a brilliant location a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Would book the hotel again.

The third and fourth tier hotels in China are better than this. If you are a pretentious person, forget it. The environment is still very good. The air is very fresh. The breakfast is also OK. Anyway, it's just an ordinary British meal.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. A lovely hotel, across from river moorings, and in a peaceful setting. The Staff were very helpful, even carrying my case up the quirky staircase.The room was clean, with good decor, and facilities. The en-suite had a bath and shower, which was a bonus. The only downside was limited plug sockets, but it was a minor issue. The hotel itself is welcoming, with some low doorways and corridors, adding to the original features. And despite a mix of old/new decor as they continue to make improvements, it had a very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, well-cooked with lots of flavour (great bacon and sausage!) We didn't use the bar, outdoor seating or garden, but the Kids Play area looked fun!

A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.
