Very convenient for the city centre. The independent cafes & restaurants of St Benedicts are very close. WiFi isn't great, but the hotel is clean, warm and well soundproofed. You don't really use a Premier Inn for more than sleeping and this is fine. Duke St car park is next door for an additional charge

My apartment is a generous one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king size bed . The plan living area includes a large comfortable sofa , designated work space and dining for four people . There is a large television and super fast WiFi enabling working from home . The rest of the apartment is well appointed with everything you would expect, the kitchen has a washer / dryer , a dishwasher and a microwave aswell as oven . The bathroom has a shower over the bath and all toiletries and linen is provided. Breakfast is also provided and there are options for this to suit everyone! . Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing weekend getaway in a lovely location. Lovely room, nice dinner, helpful staff. Few negatives - old TV - no Netflix, no tea/coffee/kettle provided in the rooms, room telephone does not work so difficult to reach reception (long wait on direct number from mobile) we ended up walking down to reception to speak to someone. Overall a great experience and will likely return.

Only a one night stay, very modern room . Bathroom clean very poor. Black hair on the floor, cob webs above shower. Towel rail dirty . Toilet brush needs replacing. Very hot room facing to the sun, although fan provided too hot to sleep. Not offered an alternative. No explanation regarding breakfast set up and what to do. Good continental breakfast selection. Person that answered the phone day before said hello . Needs training.

I stayed here when I was on a business trip in Norwich. The environment is great. It's just a manor hotel. The facilities are too old. The floor is creaky. The facilities in the room are very old. The third and fourth tier hotels in China are better than this. If you are a pretentious person, forget it. The environment is still very good. The air is very fresh. The breakfast is also OK. Anyway, it's just an ordinary British meal.

We lived one night in a king bed room 416, there was no heater available, only air conditioner, but the air-con wasn't working for heating function for the whole night since we entered the room, the wind came out are all CLOD! It was freezing all night compared the temperature was only 2 degree that day. The experience was terrible.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. A lovely hotel, across from river moorings, and in a peaceful setting. The Staff were very helpful, even carrying my case up the quirky staircase.The room was clean, with good decor, and facilities. The en-suite had a bath and shower, which was a bonus. The only downside was limited plug sockets, but it was a minor issue. The hotel itself is welcoming, with some low doorways and corridors, adding to the original features. And despite a mix of old/new decor as they continue to make improvements, it had a very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, well-cooked with lots of flavour (great bacon and sausage!) We didn't use the bar, outdoor seating or garden, but the Kids Play area looked fun!

It is less than 10 minutes drive from Norwich train station. It is not far from the city center. There was a clean shower, bathtub, and amenities such as soap and shower cap. The hair dryer was also of good quality and was saved. The beds, towels and bathrobes were also clean. I checked in late at night, but the staff kindly guided me. Good hotel.

The hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon. The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.

It wasn't easy to find the Hotel as it was around the back from the road. Even I am deaf, I can hear a funny noises going on from the hallaway. Cold water tap by the basin is leaking when turn on. Apart of above, everything else was good, staff being helpful because of my deafness and provided me a flashy light and vibrating thing under the pillow ! Breakfast were excellent
