Hotel location is good, but no Novotel is close to the airport. Novotel is walking at the door of the airport glass door for a minute. This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk.

Decent. Room was nice and shower good. Parking only £10 which is cheap to be honest these days. Breakfast was nice no muffins though. My only complaint is kitchen closes at9.30pm in evening I didn’t arrive till then and so I couldn’t order anything.

The hotel was very friendly. They let me store my large amount of luggage downstairs in their store room. The bedroom was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. Instead you had to go to another floor to find the coffee machine. I did not eat at the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar. The room was clean and warm. Ideal for one night before an early flight.

Arrived for check in and was told they had made an error and offered me 2 rooms instead of 1 family room. As I had 2 minors with me this was not acceptable. They gave us 2 rooms with adjoining door so we could still be together.

Very nice hotel close to the Airport and Train Station (about ~ 30 minutes walk). The rooms are spacious, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was the highlight. So much to choose from (full English buffet style or something sweet or healthy). Would stay again 🙂

The hotel’s parking lot became over crowded due to an event. Meaning we had to park in the airport’s car park and walk back. Unfortunately the location of the hotel means that we were very close to the take off runway and we could hear planes all the time, the windows and walls were not soundproofed enough. Lastly the pillows were rather uncomfortable as they were much too empty, felt like a ballon instead of an actual pillow. Otherwise the room and the hotel were clean and the room service was actually surprisingly pleasant. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food they served was really tasty as well.
