The hotel is on a high-speed road, far from the city center, and is with bars. The name on the Googel map is Bredbury Hall Hotel and Club. At check-in happened to be Saturday. Many young people were gathering together. From time to time, they walked from the front desk to the room and some people went out to the room. Family room facilities are ok, two queen beds. But the sound insulation was not good, maybe it was the reason for the party on the weekend, and there were people knocking on the door of the next room outside at midnight, which woke us up. I didn't rest well all night.

I was feeling uncomfortable with the front desk service on my check out day. I just asked the front desk staff for a late check out request at 12:00 pm. The front desk staff asked my room no without a smiling face. After I told her the room no, she said a £20 will be charged for late check out. My request is for extension of one hour only. You can say something like… oh I am afraid we wont be unable to fulfil your request as our room has been fully booked today…. But if you really want to extend your stay for a few hours, you could pay a late check out fee if you’re willing to do so….

Not too bad for a 2 night stay. Hotel was clean, room was quite small, but warm and had ironing facilities and tea/coffee amenities. Old hotel but kept well. Staff were friendly. Show in room 28 had absolutely no pressure. Reported the matter but nobody came to sort it out. Room was not cleaned. Later saw a notice saying the rooms are only cleaned upon request. Well, that’s about it. Oh yeah! Nice fireplace in front of reception and bus stop just outside.
