On arrival we were left waiting for nearly a hour even though we had booked online the cooked breakfast was good on the Saturday morning however on the Sunday morning it was overcooked no toast no alternative also on the Saturday morning the breakfast area was so untidy with dirty plates on nearly all vacant seats the good point was we got a great sleep on the Friday however on the Saturday about 2am we were rudely awakened by a guest shouting and screaming in the corridor

The small sink is so cute! !! If you catch a flight the next day, it is a good choice for classmates and parents. A 10-minute walk from the hotel to the airport is very convenient, and you can get up late in the morning. [Location] The hotel is next to Aberdeen Airport, 10 minutes away. If you enter the city, take a taxi: 01224 494949, which is about 15-20 pounds. The bus is also very convenient. It takes 727 to walk for 3 minutes, and the one-way fare is 3.5 pounds. [Health] Very clean hotel [Value for money] High value for money, newer equipment, the cheapest Courtyard hotel in the UK is 600 yuan a night (may be slightly more expensive in November, winter and summer) [wifi] Wi-Fi is free [Room size] The room size is normal, not big, but not small. Two people will not feel crowded when staying. Better than too many European Hiltons. [Parking] You can park downstairs [Service] The ladies at the front desk are so warm and tender that they can melt into their sweet smiles. When you stay in Scotland for a long time, you will have a glass heart. Because the Scottish people are too enthusiastic, London will not, and the front desk will not answer (not for the Chinese but for everyone).

Really nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.

I really loved my stay, it was the best stay I've had in a long time, the price quality was. So good, great value for money. The room feels luxurious and everything is spotless clean. The main reason is that the sound insulation effect of the room is average, and the people next door can feel clearly when opening and closing the door and walking in the corridor. It happened that we needed to go to bed early on Friday night because we had to catch an early Saturday morning flight, and Aberdeen people like to go to bars late on that Friday night. I was disturbed by the people next door coming and going, so I didn’t sleep good. Everything else is perfect, and the hotel service staff is also very enthusiastic, answering every question. The hotel is located in the city center, 3 minutes walk from the train station, and there are many convenience stores around.

Although it has a history of more than 100 years, the renovation inside is still good. The room is super large and not far from the city center. The only drawback is that there is no parking lot. The soundproofing is a bit weak, you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly.

Booked for 10, 3 rooms were suggested, requested for a cot in one of the rooms. Turned out rooms are so small and cot cannot be fitted as requested. They decided to move us to a slightly bigger room (disabled room) to accommodate the cot. Upon check out, they said I owe them for changing me to another room. Was never informed about this prior to nor during the change process. During the stay, rooms were hardly cleaned and there's always an excuse for everything. Restaurant had crumbs on the seat from days past litter. Some reception staff seems new and somewhat rude. They sneakily tried to overcharge my card but my provider blocked it because it was not authorised. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a great time in Aberdeen was marred by the hotel experience. I will still visit Aberdeen but will be staying in another hotel.

The hotel is well located within the city centre. Heater in the room was exceptional for winter, with a fan for air circulation. The lift was down on the first day, had to drag my luggage up to the 4th floor. It was repaired the next day. Front desk was helpful & approachable. Not a great experience! We turned up at this hotel and they offered us a choice of 2 rooms - one with a soaking wet carpet (they had just washed it) or a broken bathroom light. There were no other rooms available so we went for the soaking wet carpet and asked for slippers to keep our feet dry. When we went for breakfast we were told the kitchen was closed so had some very basic continental breakfast (clearly from a local supermarket). The staff were friendly and apologetic but we didn't get a discount or refund and definitely wouldn't book again.

Because I arrived late, the airport staff super helpfully called me at the front desk of the hotel. The shuttle bus came quickly to pick up the room. It was still the standard of the Hilton. It was very clean. It was about 15-20 pounds fare from the city center.
