The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

We chose this hotel for its location and on site for our sons graduation. We couldn't fault our stay. Arrived late and exhausted after a terrible 9 hour journey to a calm, efficient Jonathan who got everything sorted out quickly (thankyou!). He even managed to find us an emergency safety pin for the graduation gown. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, good quality linen toiletries and towels and plenty of storage space. Hotel was full for Keele university graduation but was still quiet and calm. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, hot and cold buffet choices, fresh breads and fruit. Gym on site, with a cafe attached to the hotel.Our son was also able to join us for breakfast the next day.Nothing was too much trouble for the team during our stay. We will still use this hotel as a base for future visits to our son, as we were very impressed with everything. Thankyou!

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

I was offered to move rooms from one swelteringly hot room to another only to be sandwiched in between two rooms who were obviously having a party. I was offered to move back to my original room which I finally got some sleep. A nice hotel, let down by the lack of air conditioning.

Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains.
