Limoges has some good options for shopping. The most popular place for shopping is Rue Jean Jaures. The street has many shops for every kind from boutiques to brands to departmental stores. The shopping centre in Avenue Garibaldi is also the right place with a wide range of brands available. For shopping of some local designer wear, visit the high street Rue de la Boucherie. 

Limoges has good options for restaurants and cafes all around the city. For good fine dining restaurants visit the historic district or the business district. For some art deco bistro and cafes, places near the cathedral and the main historic district are the best.
