Fantastic hotel. Beautifully presented rooms with balconies. The staff went to great lengths to accommodate our needs of having one guest with Coeliac Disease requiring a very strict gluten free diet to the exclusion of any chance of cross-contamination within the kitchen, together with a fellow guest who was Vegan and who also has a peanut allergy. Full marks to the catering staff who managed to achieve this with aplomb and the waiting staff also who were able to explain how our requirements had been accommodated and explain each meal when served at the table. Very helpful front-of-house staff with excellent spoken English and for who nothing was too much trouble. Italy is so very good for those with Coeliac Disease, but this hotel went above and beyond expectations!

Service was excellent. Especially Mohammad, he remembers all our coffee and drink preferences! The room was spacious enoigh, with a beautiful balcony and view. The location was excellent too, just 5 min walk to the ski lifts and cable cars. Highly recommended!

During the summer months rooms on the upper floors get unbearably hot. Opening the window does not help, as the evening sun warms the outside air. During the night you can keep the window open, if you can sleep with the very noisy river rushing by. Otherwise the hotel is great, so it's a pity that owners won't install air conditioning.

Fantastic ski hotel in the heart of the village. Modern rooms, fantastic breakfast and excellent staff- especially Wolfgang, Tatiana and Fillipo. We stayed with friends here and could not recommend highly enough. Will definitely return. A1+++++

We stayed at this hotel for seven days as part of our hiking trip from STS Alpenresor. Cervinia is a small village and the hotel is located in the middle of it. The goods - Bars and restaurants immediately outside the hotel. - Supermarket is less than five minutes walk from the hotel. - Recently renovated. - Easy access to hiking trails. - One of the best value wine menus I have every encountered. Quality wines with low prices. - 7th floor suite with a huge balcony was a killer. The bads - Not all rooms are good ones. Ours friends had a room for four at the third floor. Small room, poor views. - The breakfast and starters in the dinner were good, but the main courses were average. - No A/C. You do not typically need it, but it was +35C July and it took a long the room to cool down in the evening. However, this was a great stay. If we ever return to Cervinia, this hotel is a potential alternative for us.

Perfect location with stunning views! Breakfast buffet was great! Staff was wonderful. Definitely plan to return! This was definitely one of my family’s favorite stops on our tour of Italy.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Easy access to ski area with a ski locker across street from hotel. Directly placed in center of town. Parking is a bit challenging, but once parked, there is really no need to access a car as the village is easily walkable.

Good hotel with lovely rooms. The half board meals were excellent and each meal for the last week have been different. However breakfast is mostly the same every morning. The freshly made waffles were a hit with the kids. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However they could be more well informed with the ski situation in a daily basis as most guests there are there to ski. My feel is they don’t really bother until someone ask. The check in process could also be better done as in all the info could be shared upfront rather we found out bits and pieces when we ourselves thought to ask. Such as ski dry room, ski rentals etc. But the hotel location is excellent. Right in the heart of town and very close to the chair lifts. In good days with lots of snow, the skiers are also able to almost ski right back to the hotel!
