Long weekend going to Goodwood members meet. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast and evening meals fantastic, all staff very professional, polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommend staying at the horse and groom for a relaxing comfortable break.

Stayed here for the Goodwood members meeting , ideal location. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was so good and the restaurant food I couldn’t fault. Last but not least, the staff, they were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much. All in all a great place to stay.

Excellent dinner and breakfast served well by knowledgeable and pleasant staff both in the evening and at breakfast time Small room but fine for a couple and an overnight stay. Horse and groom is an a good position for the West Sussex coast and in particular Chichester.

It was a meal for my birthday, and the food was outstanding, and Adam and his team could not of done anymore for us, it was a table for 9 people, and we all throughly enjoyed the evening, what more can a say, we will be going back again very soon, highly recommended.

A great place to stay. Nice bar, excellent food and really good accommodation. Staff could not be more helpful. It is all you want for a weekend away in the countryside. Has nice beers on tap. If you want a few days near Chichester this is the pace to go.

I had a lovely stay at The Horse and Groom and I was made to feel very welcome. It was a friendly environment and as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable. I was asked the purpose of my stay and if I wanted to book for dinner. Dinner was a delight. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the scrambled eggs were good. My room felt cosy, warm and just made me feel relaxed.

We spent 3 nights here on the recommendation of friends and weren’t disappointed. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean with modern amenities. Delicious breakfast and evening meals. Friendly staff. Great location for exploring West Sussex. Would happily stay again.

Lovely room with high quality bedding, towels and facilities. Everything that we needed was in the room - a good selection of teas, Nespresso coffee, and biscuits. bottled water provided and good toiletries in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast - really can't be faulted.

Lovely quaint pub with rooms . Breakfast was absolutely fabulous,best we have had in ages , compliments to the chef ! Our room had a lovely walk in , open shower which was very nice. Good to see the pub was a proper locals pub as well as a destination venue.
