Waterside Resort

The service was great, especially the young man Xiao Shi who contacted us. He was very enthusiastic and proactively helped us, we're very grateful to him. The room was also good. The only slight drawback was that breakfast was a bit chaotic.

The room was nice, clean, and quiet, so I slept really well at night. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and tasted good. The service was patient and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd choose this place again next time I'm in town.

Let me give a very objective review! First off, the hotel's service and overall environment are genuinely excellent. I booked a riverside room, and opening the window revealed the river with weeping willows, and a fresh breeze blowing through. There was absolutely no strange smell in the room, which was also very beautiful and surrounded by quiet. However, the only thing I have to complain about is the TV in the hotel room. It's so low-end, it completely drags down the room's overall quality. It's small and old, feeling like something from a guesthouse. I rarely see TVs like this in hotels anymore. Its placement is also very unreasonable; it's hard to see the screen if you're lying on the other side of the bed! Another point of complaint is the hotel's toiletries. For a room costing almost a thousand, you get two small bottles of toiletries that don't even smell good. The shampoo is even a 2-in-1! These tiny bottles completely cheapen the look of an otherwise beautiful bathroom. Even a 200-300 yuan B&B would have better provisions! The hotel was almost an 8/10, but these tiny details, which could easily be fixed with a little effort, completely ruined it. Not worth it!

The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in and check-out, saving me a lot of time. The room had great natural light and good ventilation, so it never felt stuffy and was very comfortable. All the facilities were well-maintained and in perfect working order.

Embarking on a two-day, one-night trip to Wuzhen with a mix of excitement and nerves, I was pleasantly surprised. Wuzhen's unified parking system and shuttle service delivered us right to the hotel. The hotel's ambiance is lovely – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling town. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was well-equipped, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a disposable toilet seat cover, which put my mind at ease. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Wuzhen has beautiful scenery and a great environment. The hotel's reception specialist, Xiao Shi, was enthusiastic, professional, and provided excellent service!
