This was a last-minute booking made around 10 PM. I requested a one-bed setup instead of two twin beds, and the front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating us with a queen bed. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. Amenities were good, and the housekeeping staff were polite and consistently greeted guests they encountered. The pool and gym were also nice and well-maintained.
For breakfast, we arrived close to 9 AM, which was peak time, and the line was very long. We waited around 25–30 minutes just to be seated, and our table was not ready. We were asked to proceed to the buffet first. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not worth the price of PHP 1,500 per person. The food options were limited, and most items were cold, except for the boiled eggs and brewed coffee. I tried most of the selections, including the congee and noodles, it was very cold. This was quite disappointing.
On a positive note, the staff member clearing tables was excellent, very helpful, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about service. As someone from the hospitality industry, I understand the challenges of operations, especially during peak hours.
Overall, check-out was easy and smooth.
