Not far from the airport and conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get to the city center. However, there's a rather steep set of stairs leading to the train station, so if you have heavy luggage, I'd recommend taking the hotel's shuttle bus. The shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel and costs 5 euros from the hotel to the airport.

I've never seen a wors service. Due to climate change and in an heroic attempt to save the planet, this woke hotel doesn't clean your room. At the same time, the hotel must be making big profits by doing so, as the booking prices stays the same. But I'm sure this has nothing to do profite. We were 3 adults and 2 dogs in the room, and they didn't think our room needed cleaning. The bins were overflowing. And they didn't think we might need toilet paper. We didn't have any towels left, because the water in the shower was flowing out on the floor, so we used them to clean it up. We later found and that only by calling the reception, will they come and clean. Upon check-out the staff refused to print out the invoice for us. It's the first time this happens to us. Another heroic attempt to save the planet? The hotel should be aware that anything that goes woke goes broke.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, but you need to climb a flight of stairs, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. The surrounding area is quite empty with not much nearby. A taxi to the airport arranged by the hotel costs around 39 EUR.

MUST READ: This property provides a free shuttle service from Schiphol airport. DO NOT ATTEMPT to take the sprinter train to Hoofddorp station yourself then walk in, esp. if you have more than 1 luggage. I walked in on my own and was caught by the dreadful North Sea/Amsterdam rain/wind. The most challenging being the flight of stairs you need to negotiate up & down if you’re carrying a load (see pic with cows in it). Even if you’re coming back from Centraal, take the sprinter to Schiphol airport, walk outdoors go to bus stop 9A - 13 for the shuttle bus. You save €1 anyways. Try to coincide your return to hotel with the shuttle bus pickup timings (see first pic for bus schedule). Be at bus stop 5 mins early. The shuttle bus driver does not wait. Pay €5 if you’re riding the shuttle bus back to Schiphol. The sprinter train ride from Hoofddorp to Schiphol airport costs €2.8. The walk out of the hotel to Hoofddorp station isn’t worth the €2.2 savings. The property has a fairly newish feel to it. My room is HUGE. A mini fridge is provided. The location of this property is probably why it’s so affordable. lol.

The customer service when checking out from the hotel was terrible. Totally not customer friendly. Location a long way from the airport in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants in sight. Parking costs 15 euros even though it’s not a prime location and not explained on arrival. Don’t recommend staying here and I don’t write many reviews m.
