The room was 10 square meters too small, that was not in the description. The bathroom was new and very small. There was no WiFi password. The location was central, but everything around was dirty, erotic cabins nearby, a lot of rubbish, socially very bad district and overpriced parking spaces. Nobody wants to vacation in this area. Def price for the hotel was therefore very overpriced.

I spent three nights at the Hotel Regence, Aachen, in March 2024. I took a Queen Room on the fourth floor, which was fine for a short break. The multi-lingual staff were excellent, attentive, engaged and professional. Although the hotel does not offer an evening restaurant service, the staff recommended an Italian restaurant in town for supper. The hotel breakfast buffet was superb. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

The place was a lovely hotel not far from the Christmas market. All staff and facilities excellent, the room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit expensive at €18.50 per head so we decided not to purchase breakfast. The hotel does have parking but only 18 spaces for the whole hotel which are never available. There is a multistorey car park opposite the hotel which is €18 per 24hrs max

Great location for getting into the city, and shopping with very nice rooms, and facilities. Very friendly front desk staff, as well. Comes with parking though a small lot. Well worth a stay if you are in Aachen.

We stayed here only for 1 night during road trip from UK to Austria. Good city centre location but easy to find. Only slight issue was no hotel parking but we found a nearby public parking area which was fine. Room was a little small but it was fine for 1 night. Breakfast was excellent.

We traveled through Germany with friends, and ended our trip in Aachen. The entire trip was very pleasant but the final stop in Aachen was a great way to end the trip. Excellent museum on Charlemagne, very good restaurants. We stayed in the best western Regence hotel and found it to be comfortable and an excellent value.

With a group and the efficiency of reception in sorting everyone was excellent and should be copied by other hotels. Rooms were clean and most of them a good size. The location was excellent and staff were very friendly.
