酒店服務不是一般的差，不要以為自己是***就了不起，可以給客人大聲説給臉色看，服務態度是差的離譜，離開酒店幾天了，説的發票發微信裏，微信發消息也不回覆，垃圾酒店

這個價位的硬件條件相當乾淨整潔，還有洗烘一體的洗衣機，雖然用不上，但是為老闆的貼心點贊👍提供一次性馬桶墊和洗面巾，晚間有地暖供熱，雖然沒有早餐，馬路對面的包子店可以解決早餐問題。

因為計劃有變，訂了取消又訂了一次，但前台妹妹一直很耐心，入住的時候房間有點小問題，被換到了更好一點的房型，房間很新，設施完善，性價比的話遠超預期，總體來説很滿意

酒店不在主街上，在一棟樓的第四層，今年八月剛開業，有的房間味道比較濃，我們猶豫想退了重新找酒店，服務員免費給升級了商務房，味道基本沒有了。房間乾濕分離，標間1.35的床，帶孩子夠睡，免費的洗臉巾特別好用，第二天看見服務員在換布草，衞生還是能保證的。這個酒店在淡季，當天的價格都會下調，所以如果提前預訂的話，當天可以再看一下，若是價格下調，可以取消再重新訂。我因為辦理入住以後（實際未入住，辦完就出去吃飯了）才發現價格從300降到了230，聯繫攜程，攜程説酒店不同意退差，差價攜程給補，給攜程點贊。

來了才知道是8月13號才開業，整體設施現代有格調，在西北這樣的環境難能可貴，工作人員非常熱情，不僅給升級了房間，早上還送來暖心早餐，下次來阿壩玩還住這一家！
