Daoxiang Zangge Homestay (Ngawa County)

This hotel is really unique, with its all-wood structure. The owner is super friendly too! The yak hotpot here is delicious, the broth is incredibly fresh, and the yogurt is also fantastic. It's super convenient for visiting Lianbao Yeze the next day. Overall, it's great!

We stayed at this guesthouse for three consecutive days, and it was the best decision of our entire Gannan trip. Located between Aba County and Lianbaoyeze, close to Gemo Monastery, it's more convenient for visiting attractions than Aba County. Opposite the guesthouse are fields and traditional ******* villages, quiet and pleasing to the eye—a much better choice than the crowded and noisy Aba County. The guesthouse is a very distinctive and luxurious Tibetan-style house. Although I had seen pictures online, I was still full of praise when I saw it in person. Exquisite wooden carvings adorn the interior and exterior, with beautiful lighting, a spacious dining room, and stunning views from the windows. The rooms were very clean, the facilities were new, and the small details showed meticulous attention to detail, making it very comfortable. The owners were warm, friendly, attentive, and patient, enthusiastically introducing ******* customs and culture. The food was delicious. The yak hot pot on the first night was incredibly flavorful and plentiful—the whole family ate our fill! Breakfast was different every day for the three nights, including ******* burgers and beef noodles—all delicious. The owner should fix the drainage soon, then it will be perfect! Oh, and we also had the opportunity to take photos in ******* clothing—it was so beautiful! I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

This guesthouse was one I was really looking forward to on my trip, and it didn't disappoint at all! The owners were incredibly welcoming and asked about my arrival time in advance to make preparations. The traditional Amdo ******* wooden houses are exquisitely crafted, with beautifully carved patterns on every piece of wood. The guesthouse also offers meals; we ordered ******* noodles, Amdo milk tea, and yogurt, all of which were delicious! The room matched the pictures perfectly, and the view from the window was stunning. The facilities were complete. The wooden structure of the house might not be the best soundproofing, but it was acceptable. Earplugs were provided in the room, so it wasn't too bothersome. The guesthouse also has a ******* clothing experience area. The owners were very helpful in changing clothes and even did my hair, so I could happily take some photos! The breakfast was also fantastic! We had different breakfasts every day for two nights, each one exquisitely prepared and delicious. I experienced some severe altitude sickness in the room one night, and the owners even brought me some medication and drinks to alleviate it in the middle of the night—very thoughtful, thank you! A wonderful guesthouse and stay experience; I wish the owners great success!

First of all, it definitely has a ******* style, with all-wood decor, and the ******* receptionist was very helpful. However!!! There are two things that need improvement: 1. The bathroom had a foul odor... which really affected the overall experience... 2. There was no hot water at night. We arrived around 8 or 9 pm, and by around 10 pm, there was no hot water left for washing up. We had to boil our own water the whole time.

The service was decent, the environment was nice, and it was quite close to Lianbaoye. The owner's hot pot portions were huge, with tons of meat and mushrooms—the best yak beef hot pot we've had in Gannan.

The sign said there was a window, but there wasn't. The room smelled strongly of plywood, and the exhaust fan was louder than an engine. The room was also tiny; you couldn't even open a suitcase.

The room was clean, the bedding was nice, the service was warm, and parking was convenient. However, for the price, it was slightly lacking. Firstly, the coffee table was a bit small, making it a little cramped to put things in. Secondly, the breakfast was rather simple.

It's a guesthouse built by ******* locals themselves, with a ******* theme. It's definitely worth experiencing; the yak hotpot is made with very authentic ingredients, and you can try on ******* clothing. Highly recommended. The only downside is that because it's the rainy season, the tap water is spring water, which is very murky – a bit unsettling. You can only use bottled water to brush your teeth (the guesthouse kindly provides bottled water). The rooms are a bit small, and there are some minor imperfections in the cleanliness of the common areas.

朋友在七月初過來，推薦説超好。定了八月初過來玩就一定要來嘗試一下。老闆給講藏族房子建築結構等，拍攝藏服拍照，非常盡心盡意。房間華麗乾淨，在甘南住的非常好的一晚，在高原環境下睡不着的我也睡得不錯。第二天去蓮寶葉則也很方便，比從阿壩縣過去快了半小時。真的超預期的好。推薦！！！
