Ngawa County Zunge Zhouyue Hotel

Had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so incredibly attentive and helpful. The front desk staff were efficient and patient during check-in, and the housekeeping team was meticulous and quick to respond to any requests. It felt warm and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious, the environment is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive, with the oxygen supply being a great plus. Breakfast is excellent and dining at the hotel is better and not much more expensive than eating out. The hotel is located in the center of Aba town, making it a perfect base for visiting Lianbaoyeze the next day. I highly recommend this as the best hotel in Aba town.

The exterior and lobby looked a bit cheap, but the room itself was pretty good. They had an automatic oxygen diffuser running in the room from evening until morning. The breakfast included freshly-made rice noodles, which were quite tasty.

The room was quite spacious and the location was easy to find with convenient parking. The only downside was that the oxygen facility, which was the main reason I booked this room, was broken and unusable. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk gave us two oxygen tanks for each of our two rooms, which was better than nothing, I suppose.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was large and clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They even upgraded me to a double standard room for free. Oxygen was supplied starting at 8 PM, which really helped alleviate my altitude sickness after a few days. It's within walking distance to a bustling commercial area, so dining and shopping were super convenient. My only regret is forgetting to take photos. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aba! 👍

Service: The service was alright, but the front desk staff seemed a bit new. They were frequently interrupted while checking guests in, trying to respond to everyone promptly.

Finally made it to Seda today and have some free time! As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I rarely leave negative hotel reviews (because running a business isn't easy these days). On June 3rd, 2026, after visiting the Lianbaoyeze scenic area, we arrived at the hotel around 5 PM to check in. We were greeted by a very thin, bespectacled male front desk clerk. After checking in, he gave me one room card. I asked him if we could get an additional room card or a power-on card, as we were going out for dinner and had many devices that needed charging (no hotel I've ever stayed at found this request unreasonable). However, he told me that an extra room card required a deposit and that the hotel didn't have power-on cards. He then informed me that I could use a business card in the power slot to activate the electricity. I questioned him, asking if it would work without a chip, but I didn't want to argue with him. I went straight to my room and immediately messaged my dedicated customer service representative on WeChat to complain about this issue (anyone with a bit of common sense knows that a business card won't activate power, and also, when I booked on Ctrip, the hotel's public notice didn't state that a deposit was required for an extra room card). Furthermore, my booking was already deposit-free. This hotel opened last year, in 2025! They can't possibly be unaware of the basic fact that you need a chip card to activate power, can they? About an hour later, a staff member brought up a power-on card (proving that the hotel *does* have them, which is also common sense). This male front desk clerk was clearly deliberately making things difficult for guests. I'm certain he's given many hotel guests a hard time. I suggest he gets proper training before working at the front desk again! Therefore, I have to give a negative review for the service (the front desk is the face of a hotel; if a hotel can't even maintain its most basic face, how can it be any good?).

Staying at this hotel in Aba County would have been the best experience. The beds were clean, there was oxygen supply, and I didn't experience any altitude sickness. The underfloor heating was very comfortable, and the room wasn't cold. It's also conveniently located with a pharmacy, hair salon, and restaurants right downstairs. Everyone says the breakfast is average; well, I think it's just standard for a business hotel—enough to fill you up, but I don't have high expectations. Coffee would have been a plus, but they didn't provide it ☕. The showerhead was a bit rough; the water pressure was normal, but a little more pressure would have been better. However, at just over 200 yuan a night with free parking, it already relieved a lot of travel fatigue. It's definitely worth it, and I'd definitely stay here again if I were passing through.

A fantastic stay! The facilities were complete, the room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My friend left her jewelry behind, and the staff contacted her immediately, but couldn't reach her. They then contacted the hotel, who promptly informed her of the jewelry's location and even sent photos and packages via express delivery. They were very responsible and caring. A huge shout-out to both the staff and the hotel! It was wonderful! I'll definitely choose this place again if I'm ever in the area. Excellent!
