Lanmu Rui Hotel

My mother and I stayed at the Lanmu Rui Hotel from July 21st to July 29th, and I would like to give my highest praise and gratitude for everything the staff did to make our holiday a pleasant one. I’d like to especially express my gratitude to the warm and helpful staff who consistently went above and beyond. They greeted us every morning and night with cordial smiles, asked about our day, and always checked if we needed any assistance. For instance, we were in Aba County to attend a relative’s wedding, and I wasn’t able to find a dry cleaner in time. The forward-thinking front desk staff actually found a clothes iron from storage and helped my mother and me iron our clothes - they knew we had a long journey and wanted us to rest! My mother and I are extremely grateful for all the care they showed us during our week in Aba. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. The complimentary tea in the lobby was always a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. The hotel also provided us with an oxygen concentrator at no extra cost, which was a lifesaver. The gaming PCs in the room were a fun extra touch, too! Highly recommended! We will definitely stay at the Lanmu Rui Hotel if more of our relatives get married in Aba!
