Отель наилучшего качества как по расположению так и по обслуживанию,качеству номеров ,чистоте и наполнению завтраков.Очень красивая атмосфера лобби и рецепшн,много мест для отдыха в фойе первого этажа,прекрасная зона бассейнов с лужайками и зарослями деревьев,персонал всегда наготове что бы помочь.прекраснач зона спа,хамам,крио сауна, сауна и аромадуш,дорожка Кнайпа.Завтраки выше всех похвал,при входе встречает стол с живописными тортиками и выпечкой,на выбор несколько свежевыжатых соков,блюда представлены на шведском столе и есть возможность заказать по меню через официанта.Очень высокое качество сыров и мясных продуктов!!!!!В баре очень вкусные коктейли!!!!.атмосфера отеля располагает к расслаблению и отдыху на все 100%!!!!с удовольствием бы вернулась!!!!

We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We tried the restaurant one evening but the food was not that great and service was quite lousy ( they forgot the dishes, did not bring us knives to eat cheese…). Same with the breakfast which did not offer a full buffet (as expected in such a hotel). In short, we fell short on our expectations in this hotel. Concerning the massages that we had, they were OK ( not the best that we had) but there was a lack of personnel at the SPA reception ( very often, nobody was there to cater to the guests…). Also, there was not enough seats around the outside pool and we had to carry our own from inside …

The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

Beautiful hotel, well kept, excellent cleanliness, garden, pool area and very well-kept spa. Friendly and polite staff at reception and on the floors. The sore part is the catering: at breakfast it offers nothing more than a three star, untrained waitstaff, mediocre food. There is definitely room for improvement.

I stayed a weekend at the Due Torri hotel with my girlfriend. What can I say other than SPECTACULAR. Lunches and dinners from starred restaurants, attention to detail and relaxing thermal water. On advice I also performed a mud bath and a massage, as after some exercises in the gym I felt a little tight. The visit by the spa doctor was meticulous and professional with a complete objective examination of the chest and abdomen, measurement of blood pressure, heart rate and a well-done anamnesis of the pathologies. The doctor had already told me that the effect for a single session cannot be complete but I still recommend it to everyone as a moment of relaxation and well-being. A truly excellent experience even for young people like us who are looking for a moment of relaxation.
