Very rude staff I’m there now never preformed any kind of a bare minimum service most of the workers don’t know basic English yet basic decent manors it started when we arrived earlier before the check in hour we were told that the rooms are not ready and they’ll take our bags to the room once ready. We left and returned way late to find that our bags still in the reception we took our bags up no one helped. Next day morning at the breakfast no one came to set my table and bring cutlery so I asked politely in Italian for a fork the waiter brought it but lay it down on the table in anger I let it pass hence I’m here on vacation today the big finale we were having our breakfast at the terrace on a table without any cutlery I helped my self and got it from another table halfway through the breakfast the weather outside was getting hot so we decided to go indoors we even held our own dishes and then came this lady shouting with anger to my husband that you should only use one table and don’t change it (as we are in prison) in Italian witch we know so little then she said the same thing to me in a very tense tone while I’m grabbing some food we called for the manger but they didn’t even care The name of this lady is Claudia (the room is very outdated only one power outlet or two no trash bin inside the room no kettle very week WiFi although it has a beautiful view over the mountains I think that this is the only positive thing about this place.

Delicious breakfast buffet, fantastic dinner, beautiful gardens and pools and the entire staff was always helpful and friendly.

the episode was when I talked with Ms. Cristina over the phone a week before it was clear that I just want a kilo of a cake which she said it was 40€ per kilo. She insisted to have more that a kilo of cake for 9 pax we were then but since we don't like more that a kilo, I told her I just need a kilo for 5 pax because I know we can't eat all that since I have included complete meal during our stay... In fact half of it left that night and even if they again put it on our table the day after it wasn't pleasing. I was convince that I clarify the issue but when I checked out Ms. Cristina obliged me to pay 61€ for the cake because it is more than a kilo cake. Maybe she is the owner and manager; all by herself she decided and didn't even notify me for that request of me. She's not kind enough and a little drastic. Anyway for sure she might be the head or owner for she acts like one. I don't like her. The rest of the group were fine from the receptionist smiles and kindness, and other restaurant staff. They all great but I think there are better place than this. To avoid a person like her, no for next time for us.

Had a wonderful (but too short, one night only!) stay at the Savoia for my recent birthday. I’ve stayed at 4 hotels in Abano and this has been the best so far. It’s extremely classy, and the pools and spa facilities are top notch. I would highly recommend booking a stay which includes dinner as our experience was fantastic. I’m allergic to shellfish and the maitre d was very accommodating even offering me two main courses if I wanted as well as providing me a bespoke starter. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a bottle of olive oil in my room as a birthday gift. The staff are all tremendously helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

It’s been a nightmare staying with our kids. We’ve been treated by managers (brother and sister are the owners) in the worst way and in front of other guests. Never again. Nothing else to say. There’re other structures

Everything's fine. With access to the swimming pool they gave us a very comfortable and clean room. Lunch at the bar satisfied us. And the spa was comfortable.

In an excellent location it offers services and dining worthy of 4 stars. High-performance and stable Wifi in all environments. Large pools with sufficient hydromassages. Cento spa not very big but good. Definitely worth considering for a future stay.

I gave my partner a day spa and we had a wonderful day. I booked the package online and then contacted the front desk to book the day, convenient and easy online check-in. Included in the package was the spare room, a newly renovated room, modern and functional furnishings, warm and relaxing tones, I would like to thank the ladies who arrange these rooms because we found it really tidy and clean. The pool and spa area was also very clean, the operators come by several times during the day to keep everything in order. Very convenient to use the room "card/key" for purchases while in the pool area, so you can pay for everything comfortably at the end. Lunch was also excellent, we had it in the bar near the outdoor swimming pool while remaining comfortably in our swimsuit and bathrobe, we ate a poké and a hamburger, both tasty and plentiful dishes. All the staff are helpful and courteous, we felt welcomed and pampered.

A pleasant long weekend on April 25th. Thanks to the good weather we spent both days in the outdoor area taking advantage of the swimming pool and deckchairs. The bar and restaurant staff stand out for their efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness. The room was not one of the renovated ones, but super clean. The cuisine is excellent.
