I’m blown away by the sheer beauty of the grounds, building, and the staff. Tucked away on the mountainside this beautiful hotel is a total gem. The garden is well maintained and very relaxing to enjoy. Likewise the rooms are spotless and gorgeous to look at. We stayed in a room that still featured part of the original church, over 800 years old. Tamara, was our host and she was exceptionally accomodating, professional, and friendly. We’d be lucky if all hotels had staff like her. She assisted us with our bags as we were lugging them up the hill, assisted in storage and maintenance of bicycles with zero advanced warning and provided a great tip on dinner, the homemade pici at the hotel restaurant, which again the service and food were 10/10. If I’m ever back in the region I won’t hesitate to return! Hakuna Matata.

The relais is located on top of a hill with a very nice garden and pool very close to Piancastagnaio ; the staff is very friendly . The is also a good quality restaurant with good local dishes . I suggest this place to everybody that wants to take a brake away from everything !

Boutique hotel in the middle of nowhere. Nice grounds, large rooms, beautiful pool and the best breakfast ever. Order the night before and you can choose from many delicious pastries, eggs, and so many other choices. Loved the chocolate and the pistachio croissants. Nice place to "c hill" for a few days and visit the nearby wineries.

The relais is very pretty, surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The rooms are a little rustic but comfortable. The only flaw: having booked a quadruple room, it would have been kind to prepare the fourth bed, located in the chest of drawers under the single bed (in addition to the double), which we were told that we would have to extract independently. The dinner was very pleasant, served by very courteous waiters. The starters are zero km and the pasta feels like it is handmade. The portions are frankly a bit small. The breakfast is excellent, a very varied and abundant buffet.

Very nice structure surrounded by greenery, a few minutes by car from Bagni San Filippo. Courteous and pleasant staff. Average restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. Small note: bathroom a bit small and access to the shower was difficult.

Arriving you find yourself in front of a magical place, with a wonderful panorama but entering everything becomes even more special because, in addition to the polite and careful restoration of an ancient place, you find yourself surrounded by a professional and warm welcome at the same time. I found myself spending a day with my friends in Abbadia San Salvatore, with whom we found ourselves having lunch at the San Lorenzo facility. What about an excellent complex, surrounded by nature for complete relaxation, once at the table we were able to enjoy the local delicacies, a clean place and very kind staff. I will definitely be back.. Well done.!! Highly recommended.
