Premier Inn Aberdeen Airport (Dyce) Hotel

I loved that it was a walking distance from the airport and there’s a bus stop in front. The place was very clean and the staff very lovely. The food was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The cleanliness was good Breakfast was pretty good ,staff weren't very efficient in many ways , and my evening meal on the first night was an absolute nightmare, 40 mins after being seated before my order was taking then after another 35 mins waitress asked did I enjoy my food to which i asked " what food?" So she went and got my order which had clearly been sitting a while as it was anything but hot when I eventually did arrive at my table

Comfiest Beds. Book early enough and it's cheaper to stay the night before a flight than getting a taxi to the airport from Cove in Aberdeen. Friendly, helpful staff. Not the prettiest hotel from the outside but ideal for a stay before a flight.

The hotel had a lovely relaxed and welcoming ambience, the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet and the building felt safe. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and also catered to vegans. While its true that the decor is arguably 'dated' and the shower and electrics in the room were a bit hit or miss, it just added to the overall charm. All we wanted was somewhere clean, safe and welcoming and that's exactly what we got. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn Dye hotel and will absolutely be staying again.

Hate complaining but my recent stay here was very disappointing. Only 1 person checking people in so had to wait with 4 others ahead of us. The room had a strong damp smell from the bathroom. Room decor very tired looking. Empty crisp packets under the bed. Breakfast was a shambles. Only 1 member of staff on. We had to wait for the staff member & then wait for a table, other residents decided to sit at tables outwith the area. There was no fruit juice, bread for toast, muffins or plates and only 3 items for hot breakfast. The restaurant was busy with people attending a near by dance competition that takes place the same weekend every year. I would have expected the hotel to be better prepared. Due to the wait & lack of food we had to leave having had very little to eat. Definitely will not be staying here again, which is a shame as we've never been disappointed with Premier Inn.

Food took over an hour to come 3 out of 5 orders were wrong and the orders are still taking a while . Honestly this has took ages for the food to come and we did not even get a discount there is only 1 chef and he's taking so long there needs to be more staff on board this is absolutely ridiculous
