"Staying for 9 nights - tonight is Saturday... I ordered room service, nothing too completed - one dish - steak and chips and within 2 mins I had someone at the door - they then proceed to try and get into my room demanding a menu - trying to push past me - I refused and then complained over the phone - and re-ordered my meal - I had to call 3 times to chase the order - I was told it was coming.... nothing.... Eventually I went to reception and had to ask 5 people if I could speak to a manager... eventually after 15 minutes someone came out... Left me in reception for more than 5 mins I decided it's time for bed... When they saw me at the elevator.... they came rushing to apologise. Too late - the guy should have never tried to get into my room. Shocking and scary. Never again."

"The hotel is excellent in every way. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the bedding is new. There was a slight lingering smell of disinfectant upon entering the room, but it disappeared completely after opening the window and airing it out for five minutes. This security measure is actually quite reassuring. The hotel is in a great location, with a bank and money exchange service just to the left. A large supermarket is a five-minute walk away, stocking a wide selection of goods, many of which are imported. The security is also very responsible, strictly checking strangers. This is much better than the security at a well-established five-star hotel, which is extremely malicious. Some taxi drivers are so ruthless that they kidnap foreign tourists when extortion fails, especially at night, even during Ramadan. There are still many good people here. If you experience any assault, you can report it to the police station across the street from Hotel Tiama, located on a busy road. The police there are very friendly, professional, and responsible, and it's only a five-minute taxi ride from the hotel."

Breakfast was good with different variety of fruits salads bar, along with cerels. They were charging usd 30 per person for airport drop. The ambiance is good with parking space in front. They have the gym and swimming pool."

It is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. The airport transport is a huge help. Breakfast, which is included, was delicious. The bar, the pool, and the gym were great. I totally recommend this hotel. "

"Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained"
