The room was nice with good tea & coffee facilities. Only one towel was provided for a double room , why? The pillows were like bricks …. Hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The sheets were rough and scratchy on the skin. This was a premier plus room and expensive so expected better quality linen. I’ve stayed at numerous premier inns and this was not the bedding quality that is usually provided. The gentleman on reception at midnight when we checked in was very helpful but it does t make up for a bad nights sleep.

Spacious & comfortable room. Room & bathroom felt newly refurbished (?) and everything super clean! Plenty of parking (£3 per 24 hours). Easy checkin and out. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Useful location with easy access to M&S food store, petrol, coffee & fast food etc if wanted. Felt safe as solo traveller.

Rooms are newly refurbished so all nice and new. It was all beautifully clean and the beds the usual high quality. Staff were lovely too - especially Ravi. The only issue we had was the ridiculous design of the new rooms: we were in room 134 which was a generous size. There was lots of space but no furniture on which to put anything now that the large desks have been removed from under the TV. Instead there is a large empty space with just a row of electricity sockets and an HDMI one in the MIDDLE of the wall - overlooking the fact that there is now nowhere except the floor on which to put the item that needs charging. We were advised to move the (very small) circular table located elsewhere in the room and use this, which we did. If you need to use a laptop at this table to work in the room, need to charge multiple devices or need more storage space, you too will have to do a bit of furniture removing beforehand... The interior designers need to be brought back in...

Me and my buddy live in premier inns all year round for work . So have stayed in lots all over the country. We had the privilege of work booking us in a premier plus room for 2 weeks . They have not been long refurbished. I got to say this is the nicest premier inn we have ever stayed at. . The staff are also amazing. I have got to give a shout out to Betsy who really stood out . Fantastic service from her . Premier inn please give her a gold star and a big pat on the back . She is a real credit to your company Andy 👍

Great prem plus room , even if bed a little high for shorter person , Pillows lovely and bed just right . Toiletries good not just basic . Only 3 items for WiFi plus which came free with the room , don’t know why you should need multiple codes for longer stays . ? Reception staff great friendly informative . Dinner in the restaurant was very underwhelming , and not very hot , we had fish and gammon with what seemed to be an undercooked egg ? Fish was poor quality very thin and appeared to have been kept warm to long . Didn’t have breakfast but probably wouldn’t use again for dinner . Maybe time for a re-furb both dining room and menu . Location for Didcot is spot on .

Convenient location just off the A34 with ample parking and a bonus of an EV charger in the carpark and there are also additional chargers at the nearby services. I have stayed here a few times now and never had any issues with everything expected from a premier inn. - comfy beds, clean and good bathrooms (I do wish that there was toilet roll rather than toilet paper sheets but that may be just me and a very small preference) and room to work and hang/store clothes etc. This stay was during a time when the hotel is being refurbished and the new rooms are excellent (not really much wrong with the old ones!) and there was no disturbance. Check in is great and check out seamless. Car parking is chargeable at £3 per night Food is all at the Beefeater next door and again no problems this time or in the past. Menu is typical of a Beefeater with plenty of choice and of a good quality. Recommended place to stay.

We booked here late on new year eve as we had no plans,it was very busy when we arrived but we got a parking space near the entrance to the hotel, the staff member on the reception was probably the most friendliest and most helpful staff member we had ever meet at a premier inn he even sorted out the parking for us.We had a premier inn plus room which was clean tidy and I think as the bed was so comfy we were asleep before 10.30pm missing the new year eve celebrations

The room facilities were very basic The bathroom was setup for disabled users and was basic. Wi Fi was very poor - An upgrade was available at a cost. Too expensive and should be included in the room rate. Hot water in the hand basic was not hot. Boiler failure happened and not communication about the water being turned off.
