Definitely is not a 5 star hotel because the management. The Hotel is new , good view don’t have access to the beach, location is good if you are searching for quiet place, the food is correct and the staff is nice and polite but they are really very bad organize and managed, when any of them take a brake none cover their position and the pool bar was absolutely alone during whole day and each time you need something have to go the restaurant for call them, we and more guest complained about but nothing happened. I tried to talk with the manager and explaintye situation but refuse talk with us.

The hotel is not bad, the room is not very big!

This resort is perfect for R and R. Things have changed in the surrounding area but not this place. The food was great. Shout our to Sy and Vincent who took such good care of us. They have a "rec" room in the basement with a pool table with proper pool cues. Also ping pong table, hockey set up, karaoke, area for kids and other games. Perfect for the occasional rainy day. The front desk staff was very helpful in organizing a trip for us. Thanks Michah and Resi! We'll be back!

This is a 5 star resort with the worlds WORST internet. It’s a joke, and simply unacceptable for the money we paid for this property. That being said, what’s even worse is managements utter refusal to address or compensate us for the inconvenience. They offered a “room upgrade” which did not suit our taste, and were unwilling to negotiate anything other than a 10% discount in the restaurant. Pray that if you come here, you have no issues, cause if you do, they don’t care. It’s unfortunate, because this really is a nice resort, now tainted with the biterness and resentment of a management team that has no interest in improving the guest experience.

We celebrated the 18th birthday of my sister last last night, and guess what? I was shocked by the servings and taste of the food; it was a lot of servings. Sincerely, I ordered too much food but ended up taking it out because servings are big. I will definitely come back here for another dinner date.
