I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. good spot for formula one fans , rooms are spacious , small pool but we liked it. food is good , big restaurant you get lots of privacy to enjoy the big selection of food. staff are polite and the manager MODY is number one.

Start from a very smooth and professional check in with Thwea i don't exactly remember her name, the one who made the check in she is very professional with a very friendly lovely smile and a first class high manner, very special thanks to her for making our first and last impression and for her assistance during our stay, Good Job and Well Done to her and to the hiring professional employee. Then i got a wonderful coffee at the morning over the pool, with some team of the breakfast restaurant assistant all was a good experience my room was 607 it had a lovely view. Thank you all for the wonderful stay you make it and thanks you thwea for you assistance during the check in and out.. highly recommend to book the balacony room with sea view amd high floor

This hotel is very good and cost-effective. The room has one living room, one bedroom, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The space is large enough. You can walk from the hotel to Warner Bros. Park via the city promenade, and it takes ten minutes to walk through the Warner Five-Star Hotel. You don’t have to walk in It’s extremely hot outside the city and there are shuttle buses, but we were short of time and didn’t take a taxi for the entire journey.

Overall the experience is good. It could have been best if they have prepared ahead of time for the buffet breakfast. It is very chaotic as they were not prepared that a lot of people will come. They could have anticipated based on the number of pax booked during those dates. As for the rooms, I liked it. Clean, you can even cook inside. We booked a once bedroom suite with city view.k

I arrived on a night flight and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus located outside terminal A. The 24/7 Costa Coffee was a lifesaver for my late-night hunger. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the only downside was that most of the TV channels were not working.
