Hotel was in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing which I didn't like was the check-in time. It took 45 minutes to check-in. I think they should have more staff to check-in people. Also during the turndown service, they didn't replace the toiletries, I had to request them to get it replaced.

We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.

Aloft Abu Dhabi is a very modern and chic hotel. Great service and cleanliness. Large room. The vote was okay, but there’s a lot of construction nearby. The Oman football team was there! Breakfast was okay. No complaints. One thing to note, outside food is not allowed to be eaten in the lobby bar/ lounge area. Other than that, very good hotel.

This is a review long overdue. Visited the hotel about 2 weeks ago and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. This stay was actually a competition I had won via Instagram. I have visited and reviewed many hotels in the UAE and the Shangri-La definitely ranks in my top luxurious hotel stays yet. I would like to thank Intan, the very polite lady who checked us in. Intan definitely deserves mention without whom we probably wouldn't have had as great a time. Upon hearing that we were also celebrating a special occasion, she provided us with lounge access which was the highlight of our stay. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and the service by all staff was testament to the brand. Aside from the opulence of the hotel, the superb facilities, the beautiful beach and the amazing infinity pool, the Horizon Club Lounge was just the cherry on the top. Mr Jem and Ms Berna were the most hospitable. They spoiled us beyond measure. The food at the lounge was delightful in all aspects. The food preparation and presentation was on point. Very often, food that looks so good doesn't actually parallel in taste. I can certainly say that the meals were both, beautifully presented and scrumptious at every bite too. I don't think I've ever spent more time in a hotel lounge before. Jem and Berna were both very professional and definitely deserve praise. We felt more like family than hotel patrons. The breakfast at the hotel was just another feature deserving mention. It was one of the most gourmet breakfasts and the variety was nothing short of spectacular. The Abra ride was wonderful escapism. This canal and Abra feature is just gorgeous. I honestly felt like I was in Venice. Muhammad, the Abra guide was , delightful and polite. I would also like to make mention of Carmen at reception who extended our check out and to the breakfast team who really went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic meal. I would certainly love to visit this resort again.

Customer service is friendly but the valet service is very cumbersome. They don’t allow you to park your vehicle by yourselves. The hotel suite is facing seas view. I would suggest the management to consider undergo renovation to make it modern feel. Visited museum while staying in Abu Dubai

I arrived on a night flight and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus located outside terminal A. The 24/7 Costa Coffee was a lifesaver for my late-night hunger. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the only downside was that most of the TV channels were not working.

We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay and were particularly grateful for Mr. Shahzad's helpfulness in securing a complimentary room upgrade. The Anantara team deserves a round of applause for their outstanding service. Thank you for hosting us as guests; we are eager to explore your other locations soon. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest resorts to stay at.

Abu Dhabi Radison Blue & Resort Conish - Abu Dhabi Radison Blue is in Yas Island and Conish, and I used it on the Conish Beach side. - About a few years ago, it changed from Hilton to Radison Blue and renovated, the interior is stylish and nice. *Ambience/Facilities: Good atmosphere, interior, staff, facilities *Key points: The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the facilities, restaurants in the hotel and the tuk tuk are also next to the beach. 1. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The egg fries and omelettes made by yourself are so delicious and the bread is delicious. 2. There are about 5 or 6 restaurants / pubs / bars in the hotel, and Vertigo is delicious at a reasonable price (about 100,000 won per person), and there is a very high-end restaurant next to it, and the sandy beach is pretty. The lighting is so pretty (2 people 30-500,000 won). 3. The fitness center is spacious and comfortable and gorgeous. 4. Room condition was good and equipped with necessary amenities. There is no toothpaste toothbrush. No indoor slippers are provided and you ask. There's free water, there's tea rectification, there's coffee. 5. Location: 40 minutes taxi ride from Abu Dhabi Airport, 90 dirhams (about 35,000 won, 2022.10. Standard). I booked a pick-up service with the hotel concierge (apply by hotel email) 140 dirham (about 60,000 won, I think it was taxed separately because it was calculated when I checked out). As soon as I found my luggage, the driver was standing at the gate with a picket. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I applied for a pick-up service beyond 11 pm. I used a taxi that I took from the hotel when I returned. 6. Accessibility around: Abu Dhabi is a resort, but nearby Marina Mall (cheaply purchased on the first floor of the basement, Carrefour, gifts, etc.), Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, Presidential Palace, It was good to be close to the Adnock Center (Oil Company National Corporation). 7. Local currency: Only Dirham, because the taxi was not desole with the US dollar, Dirham was exhausted and then exchanged money from the hotel front to Dirham. You can exchange money from Monday, except for weekends, like banks at the hotel front desk. I went on a business trip, I couldn't use the facilities and went to the tourist spots well, but I wanted to go again and this hotel was a good place to go again. Recommended.

In front of the waterfront. Location 5/5 Full Board (B/L/D)- 4.5/5. Less fewer choices. Not all staff are attentive. Noted plate is piling on the adjacent table. Check in- is easy 5/5 Overall 5/5 Overall 4.5/5 I consider to return to this hotel. For the worth of what I paid still very good. There is a lot of hotel beside this hotel that you can consider too.

Well lets start with the good thing: the beach is amazing! The staff in the main buffet restaurant is friendly. I would never go back to the hotel because of the following reasons: - The rooms are small and the colors awful (yellow, green, blue). If you book a seaview room you'll only have if you stand on the balcony. If you sit on a chair you look directly at the cement railing (see picture). There is no coffee machine inside the rooms but coffee powder. - The buffet is huge but quality of food is cheap. Almost the same food every day. - The have tons of fruits but beside fresh orange juice you wont get any other fresh juice at any restaurant or bar. There is a vitamin bar they told me I can get one there. No clue were this vitamin bar is. - There is a kids club which is open from 8am to 11pm. But if there is a event they take absolutely no responsibility of your kid. and there is a lot of events or shows for the kids. The first thing they have told us when we brought our 5 and 7 years old child is: we do not take responsibility. They had a lot of outside activities in the kids club area but closed the inside area where the restrooms are. So they told us kids have to go 1 level down (leaving the kids club area) by elevator or stairs if they need to use the restroom. Other 5* hotels we stayed in with excellent kids club write the name of the kids and phone number of parents and take seriously care of them. As a parent I did not feel comfortable leaving my kids there. That is why a lot of parents stay there and wait until the event/show has finished or until the kids want to leave. During our whole stay of 1 week they only wrote the name of our kids and our phone number after we spoke to the kids club manager. - I do not like people who fill up the plates with food they do not eat. Leaving a mess on the table. If you want to see what food waste is go there. - the quality on the a la carte restaurants is very poor - The main pool to small for all the guests - The drinks at the bar are made with this syrups and not fresh fruits. I tried 3 drinks but then chose to drink a gin tonic - Trying to call reception or front desk or concierge at 11pm on our last night to pick up our luggage was not successful. We brought our luggage to the outside by ourselfs. Asking the reception why they do not pick up the phone: we are very busy! My list is neverending.. I rate this hotel maximum as a 4* but absolutely not 5*. For me 5* is a affront to the real 5* hotels, sorry. So if you like quantity then quality, if you like guest with no behavior regarding food manners, if you like to see a lot of Dior or Hermes fake clothes and bags go there. I regret to not have payed more and stayed at Park Hyatt or St. Regis. 80% are russian speaking guest. IF you are used to stay in real 5* Hotels I do not recommend to go there.
