Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! We lived in this hotel for 8 months from Oct 2021-June 2022 and left to move to Singapore with my husbands job, and we were so sad to leave but knew that we would return one day. Fast forward to 14 months later and we found ourselves back living in beautiful Abu Dhabi and there was only one place we wanted to stay, and that’s the Al Maha Arjaan! When we walked back through the door to reception we knew instantly that we were home again! I cannot believe how everyone remembered us after all this time! We were welcomed back by our Rotana family and we have been back for 2 months already and coming back here was the best decision we have made. Everything is as we remember, beautiful rooftop pool and fantastic gym and spa, wonderful 302 cafe with their amazing food and service and then there is the gorgeous room with the biggest windows, natural light, most comfortable gigantic bed and wonderful neutral decor that makes this place so beautiful and relaxing. We chose to stay in the Spacious studio because there is just the 2 of us and it’s huge! We have so much space to relax or work and we love coming back to this room everyday and just feeling like we have returned home. Besides all of the fantastic amenities we have here, the absolute best part of this hotel are all the staff! Every single one of them feels like a family member and are so genuinely warm and welcoming to us every time we pass through reception everyone smiles and waves and asks how we are and it’s honestly the real reason why we came back to stay here long term. All the guys and girls at reception, valet, lifeguards, spa staff, room attendants (who leave our room beautiful and immaculately clean everyday) and behind the scenes management and staff are kind, helpful and warm and we couldn’t thank you all enough for your hospitality to us. Special thanks for Girley and Mary Ann for assisting us so much with all the paperwork we had to put together for our residency visas, you were so kind and patient with us during all of our requests and we are forever grateful for your support and assistance. Thanks once again for making us feel so at home!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

Terrible service, not friendly staff. The staff from Housekeeping were annoying, on the very first day of check-in, they asked me to write and leave a 5* review on Google, after they refused to immediately leave a review, the staff stopped responding to requests. I have never encountered worse service anywhere. And the hotel is very old, but one can say cozy, except for some shortcomings in the bathroom: water flows from the tap, the plumbing is wobbly, and everything else is very old.

Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Best wishes to the hotel and Saajid and the cleaner (sorry we couldn’t ask him ask his name) and kind regards to all the staff. 💪❤️

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff. Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable. Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.

Disgusting approach by Khorosho club security Sail. Guy have no idea about manners or how to speak to guests. Violence, 0 education, angry for no reason. I hope hotel management will take this issue seriously and will consider this gentleman if he’s good enough to be a part of hotel team. Mr Abdukarim did his best to solve a problem but nerve succeed. Me and my friend are loyal guests to club Khorosho, but the way we were approached this time by security Sail was just unacceptable. Dear GM please take an action about Mr Sail to keep stay of guests safe. Sail has no clue what is being welcomed and how to solve problems without violence. Horrible security with horrible service. Hotel 0 stars just because of one person. Sail!!!

We initially checked in for only 1month in 2020 but due to covid, we stayed for more than 1year. It was very pleasant stay. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.
