Great view from bed and from the bath tub. Can see the presidential palace. It’s great to see the sunset in the room. Nice and quick reception. Early check in which is very helpful. Good selection of restaurants and the dishes are not over-priced. Very friendly staff. Free visit to the 300m observation deck.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

The Hotel is very modern and clean. Breakfast selection is huge and the staff is very engaged to stock it and bring coffee etc.

Great location, spacious room with great ocean view, free access to the observation deck - the highest point of Abu Dhabi, private beach. The front staff Luke is super helpful, thank you.

The hotel is clean very nice also the breakfast is very good and lots of variety

It was the best in everything was great、If I ever come back to Abu Dhabi, I will stay here.

Everything is great, (design, location , service, cleanliness). But the breakfast more towards Arabic taste, doesn't suit us (if compared to Raffles the palm and Qasr Al sarab by hotel), other hotel breakfasts taste better.
