Southern Sun Abu Dhabi

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great service and hospitality.

The hotel is located not too far from the center, about 1km walkable to most of the shops and restaurants. There is a small convenient store opposite the hotel entrance where you can buy snacks and things you need. The bell staff team was reallt helpful and nice to the guests.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. For a person that travels and visits many hotels this was the worst and also the management who tries to cover up the situation and waste time for me to checkout. Attached are the pictures that I want this to be reviewed. It’s totally terrible and really heartbreaking to experience such service! The most part is that time lost for all of this as they took to do nothing about i

Pros: Clean hotel. Average size room. Nice and big swimming pool. Depp as well. Good staff service. Has bathtub Cons: Too long queue in checkin. Took some time to check in. Layout of toilet and sink is inconvenient. Like one needs to touch everything (like handles), pass through the walkway before the guest can reach the sink.

Disappointing stay, would not recommend I stayed one night in a Deluxe King Room and ran into problems throughout: Room service: No one answered the in-room phone, and my calls were routed to an emergency number instead. Lift access: My room key card didn't work in the lift. TV: It wouldn't connect to my mobile, so casting didn't work. Bathroom: It wasn't properly cleaned, and its open layout gives little privacy. That's a problem for families and not ideal even for couples. Housekeeping: The room wasn't cleaned to a proper standard. Front desk: I asked for simple towel art to surprise my partner and was told it would be charged. For a small gesture like that, I expected more flexibility. For the price, I expected far better service and basic maintenance. I hope management addresses these issues.

Best ever This Hotel I Love it whenever I have vacation or anything I keep booking from here I feel like so enjoy and relax and so clean

Good memories
