Beach Rotana

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! It was me and my 3 daughters, The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the late check-out, and no one rushed or bothered us, which made the experience even more relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Charles, who came around on the first morning to personally ask every guest for feedback about the breakfast and the hotel. He listened carefully and took notes. We mentioned that Lebanese bread was missing, and to our surprise, it was available the very next day. That level of care and attention is truly appreciated. The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the quality was good, we felt it could offer more variety considering the price. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 😊

A bit old facility, good service and pool

My experience was really bad because of the hygiene of the beach restaurant. Unfortunately I’m really disappointed

They don't pay much attention to guest Simple things like ice buck take hours Reception is mean and disrespectful The whole stay was dealing with their staff attitude even food and restaurant act like eat and shutup
