I booked a one night stay for my siblings who visted abu dhabi for the first time, and decided to stay in sheraton khalidiya hotel. Housekeeping- the room was tidy and clean to its standard and amenities were ok but they can do better. Requests were meant on time which was good. Reception- service was horrible being an african guest i accept same treatment as the rest of the other guests. I was served with a lady in reception i didnt get her name but she was very rude and ******, I paid for breakfast only to be denied to eat it was very embarrassing to experience this, the Restaurant manager didn't even apologise and chase us away from the restaurant and we weren't allowed to eat our breakfast, we went back to reception and demanded an explanation to find out that the breakfast i paid for wasnt posted in my room which was the mistake from reception. I want to say thank you to Rachel receptionist who sort out everything for us and we were able to have our breakfast before the close. Overall the experience wasnt that good and reception should respect and treat all nationality same way thats the professional way of hospitality.

met with a friendly receptionist Aldrin, who booked me to a clean, good view, spacious room. Enjoyed swimming at the pool and gym equipment are top notch. Breakfast buffet have good options. overall a very good experience.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations.

Sara was the receptionist during checkin and she was very friendly and allowed late checkout on request. Free valet parking is available. The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast next morning was one of best I have had - good variety and very tasty. Even during checkout the concierge and other staff were friendly and trying their best to help with our luggage. One of my best stays in Abu Dhabi and highly recommend Sheraton Khalidiya to everyone.

Very close to the濱海路 and there are many restaurants nearby. It's convenient to go for a walk in the evening. The hotel service is definitely good and clean, it's just that the facilities are a bit outdated.

Our stay in hotel was very pleasant. The room was big and we were upgraded to the sea view which was very beautiful! Everything was clean and staff were very nice and friendly. We had breakfast also. It was enough food to choose from and it was very tasty.

Westayed at Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel and had a nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel, which was tasty and fresh. Overall, my stay was simple and pleasant. I felt comfortable and would stay there again.

Unlucky for me to stay there cause of the maintenance issues that, i may not be able to have a good sleep.

I appreciate the customer service. The room was neat and tidy. All thou pool facility wasn't available, rest all facilities were great. Housekeeping, concierge service and the reception staff, everyone displayed great professionalism and it's highly commendable. We had booked breakfast as well, restaurants maintained their standard. The food and services were great. Taste was great and there were good choices of food. Go ahead and book your stay there. ❤️

Tv not smart tv only cable tv better bring your own gadget or small karaoke to enjoy your stay at room very quietly and the view it’s nice😍

Despite carrying the Sheraton name, this hotel falls short on both service and amenities. 1. I booked a double room, but was given a king-sized room that was clearly a conversion, with only one side having a power outlet. 2. The hotel advertises a sauna, pool, and gym, but they all close at 8 PM. And there's no sea view to be found. 3. Even breakfast is tiered; you have to pay extra to sit by the window.

Easy access and nice location were our priorities in this trip. Reception was excellent, quick and pleasant. Parking is close, so it was great to drive around and come back at will.
