Al Diar Dana Hotel Reviews

The hotel WAS a beautiful hotel, perhaps 20 years ago. No renovation seems to have taken place, hence everything is as it was. It is clean. The "kitchen" in the Junior Suite is not existent: just the fridge. Not even a spoon. Emptiness. The lack of reserved parking must be seriously taken into account: if you have a car expect spending between 1/2h and 1h to find a parking place in the area, after dinner.

Everything is average. 2 stars and you see it everywhere. Noisy. Nevertheless a bed was big and clean. Choose only if you want to save money.

The hotel is having a good location in the city, but it should not be called a hotel. Needs new windows as it is hard to sleep unslees you are death tires. The cars from the road sound like they are next to you. More than that on the ground floor is a bar/club and the music played very loud until 2:40 and it stopped only after we called for them to do something about it . Very bad conditions we could say.

There is comfortable. It is convenient for travel. Near mall

It was all good for us, looking little bit old but still clean and efficient

no parking exclusive for the guest,i go rounding for almost 2 hours just to look for parking.some of the receptionist during our check in is not accomodating.

I’m really disappointed about your staff from the reception QASI the way he talking to the guest is very rude and raising the voice, he don't know how to respect and polite way to talk to the guest and we ask 2x plates like 7.35pm until 9.15pm we didn’t received and we call again to reception and QASI he told me he don’t know about that need to check with Housekeeping, very rude way he talk and cut the call. This is unacceptable. After that like around 9.28pm one of housekeeping guy gave us the plates and we call to room service to know what food is available and we have some food to reheat but they don’t like to do and they cut the call it’s really very very bad staff I don’t know how they can work in hotel. My first time staying in this DANA hotel I thought very good hotel but this is my worst hotel because of the staff they spoil my day really we came from dubai, specially Front Office staff QAZI and room service GUY I ask his name but he cut the call 2times he didn’t tell his name vey rude way he speak and cut the call like this kind of attitude they should not work in the hotel. Thanks

Good value for money. Large room, comfortable bed, prime location. Old interior, a little smelly. But definitely recommended
