I truly enjoyed my stay and loved the place. I will definitely be visiting again in the winter. I would especially like to thank Ashar and Arjun for their exceptional service. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my needs, always making an effort to assist and ensure everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, I did not experience the same level of service from some of the other reception staff. Nevertheless, Ashar and Arjun stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, and they deserve special recognition for their efforts. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. I look forward to visiting again in the winter.

Had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The property is absolutely beautiful, with its impressive architecture, beautiful surroundings and luxurious atmosphere. The suite was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The service was generally warm and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the experience at Episode Café. The team there was consistently friendly, professional and attentive throughout our visits. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a great experience at one of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic hotels.

This hotel is a must-stay when you visit Abu Dhabi! The views are incredible, and it's super close to the Emirates Palace, which is a great attraction. The service is top-notch too! The staff member who showed us around (she looked French) was so enthusiastic. She told us where to find the gold leaf coffee and even recommended her favorite restaurant. The Italian restaurant has two Michelin stars, and the manager who greeted us was incredibly handsome! The food was also delicious. The pool and the camel experience were both fantastic!

Such a beautiful and timeless palace. We stayed for a night to celebrate our anniversary. The facility was luxury with great restaurants selections. We went out a facial treatment and massage felt relax.

Honestly, If there was a score of 1 Million, I will definitely do, such incredible people !! Hospitality is all about people, ofc, it is a great place, great pool, beach, etc etc etc But I wanna highlight the people here, we stayed there for our anniversary, and this was the best decision, they truly care and truly show the definition of M.O. Hospitality Room, breakfast, dining venues, activities by the beach, 2 great pools, everything is great ! I wanna say huge thank you to Olga the director of guest services, Hamza F.O, Haseeb from Vendome, Alex and his amazing bird friend, Ayesh from housekeeping, Dominic & Man from beach side, i hope I didn't forget anyone, see you all soon !

My sister and I had an amazing weekend at this hotel. The team made our stay feel so personal with all the thoughtful touches (see the photos), which made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. We also loved that bicycles were available for guests, and we really enjoyed using them. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking. Other than that, we had a truly wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Extremely comfortable and luxurious. We stayed for two days and took so many beautiful photos, making our anniversary truly memorable. We also got to ride camels on the beach for free and enjoyed delicious food. The service was excellent and very friendly. Everything was perfect!

A true palace with excellent service. The restaurants and breakfast are superb, and the beach and pools are very lovely! Everything was top-notch!

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

Finally checked off the legendary Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental from my list! The entire hotel feels like an Arabian palace, with lush gardens extending to the coastline, offering beautiful scenery at every turn. The room was clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The service was relaxed and thoughtful, never intrusive, striking just the right balance. Enjoying the tranquil private beach, the evening views were especially therapeutic. The garden view king room was quiet and comfortable, truly maximizing that vacation relaxation vibe. A must-stay hotel in Abu Dhabi, highly recommended for couples.

The hotel lobby is like a palace, and the Japanese food is excellent.

Amazing property, amazing service

Overall, the property is undeniably impressive in scale and architectural presence. The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.

The environment and views are undoubtedly excellent, truly living up to the expectation of a palace. The room facilities are good and not outdated. There are many visitors touring the hotel, so it's a bit quieter in the morning. Breakfast is just average, with not much variety. There's no butler service. As soon as I got to the room, someone came to remind me that the minibar isn't free, which felt a bit abrupt.
